I can’t review any actual haircut because when I pulled on the door at 7:00pm last Saturday, it was locked. I would have stayed in my warm car when I pulled up, had I known it was locked, but The big OPEN sign was lit. After peering in the dark I could see the frosty transparent hours posted low on the door. Why wont I go back when they are open? Because when I mistakenly tried to enter the locked door, the obnoxious girl behind the counter just stared at me from underneath her blue goth hair like I was an idiot instead of doing the polite, universal sign for «sorry we’re closed.» The customer still counts people. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

4 stars for good haircut but 2 stars subtracted because of stupid queueing policy. Apparently, according to great clips policy (as told to me by the great clips employee), a family of 3 that checks in online at 6:30 and shows up at 6:40 can jump the 4 people waiting in person since before 6:30.
