Few months ago I received some of the best service I have over received at any establishment. Turns out it was the manager. She was crazy busy helping several guests and ending the only one on staff, but her attitude was amazing.

This place is useless and expensive. I wanted to print a document and they tried to ensure I did it the most expensive way possible. Make sure you bring your own flash drive if you want something scanned. They can’t email you the doc or upload it to your account. Waste of time and money. Go to OfficeMax.

Don’t expect to have ANY sort of help at this location. Both clerks were beyond rude and unhelpful in my visit this morning. My plea for assistance scanning a document resulted in a «patronizing» answer by one of the clerks on how to scan. When I asked the clerk to follow her own instructions which did not make sense, it proved the clerk didn’t know what she was«patronizingly» telling me to do! Stay away if you need help at this place.

Stopped here to get a passport photo for CHL application. They were quick, friendly, and made sure the photo met the requirements.

Worst service on the history of the copy world! I felt like I was in the twilight zone. The only girl working(Michelle) had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in service. We tried numerous times to get her to lighten up a tad. This gal was guilty of giving me as little information as possible in hopes of me leaving(i think), but that is me trying to rationalize her actions. they get a 1 only because a «ZERO» or negative rating is not an option. It all started when… We had a few questions about the available paper choices so we asked Michelle(who for some reason must hate life). It was like we were talking to a wall. We started by showing her our project on my laptop and explained to her that we were interested in only a ticker photo stock paper and that she would be printing the invites from our flash drive, with no set-up on her part. When we asked about the available 8.5×11 and 11×17 photo stock options her answer was as short as could be. The price she gave us was lower than expected(because we know how expensive kinkos is). When we asked for details on the quoted paper the description of the paper was regular paper and not a ticker photo stock. So we asked again about photo stock. Once that was figured out we got a price and moved on with the printing. When it came time to pay, the price tripled, and when asked why, Michelle’s answer was: «you asked about the price of the paper not the printing». My reply was: «at what point did we say we were just interested in buying the paper with no printing?»… Michelle had a blank stare on her face. We paid and left. If Michelle is working, run, don’t walk out of the store.
