I paid my bill shortly after my office visit and they later sent me a statement showing that I still owe the paid amount. I have been trying for 4 WEEKS to get a hold of their billing department and every time I call the billing department there is no answer and my several messages have not been returned. I have even called the main office line and have been transferred to the billing supervisor who also does not answer or return messages. I have no idea how a medical practice can be run without a single person working in the billing department for a month. Absolutely ridiculous.

VERY disappointed in this office. We waited 6 weeks for an appointment and took the day off of work. We arrived at our requested 30 minutes early to discover they no longer take our insurance. They did not ask us for our insurance information prior to scheduling the appointment, only what the carrier was. When we arrived, they stated that they discovered 2 weeks ago that they don’t take this particular plan and that they could not see him. Distraught, we asked if we could pay in cash. They said the office is not set up to take cash payments. Not sure why or how that it is they take cash for copays? We returned to the office later whereby they informed him that they have known for a few weeks that they don’t take that particular newer plan and that they have no intentions of informing or asking patients of that prior to them arriving for their appointment. I’m sure there have been and will be additional patients who take the day off of work, drive a long distance, and provide everything they request(including 5 pages of paperwork), to discover there is no point and that they won’t see them. It was one of the worst cases of negligence and disregard for a patient that we have ever seen. What if we were a patient with a serious emergency medical need? A patient in need of a biopsy for a large malignant tumor that could be life threatening? I don’t know if the doctors know about the issue but it needs to be fixed. I can only imagine the level of care as a patient when they care so little about those interested in paying them thousands of dollar(INCASH???) to be seen. Outrageous and disgraceful.
