Country Club Apts At Inverness

Let me start off by saying the staff members and maintenance crew here are pretty awesome. The parent company (APM), not so much.
I’ve lived here for 3 years and the only reason I’ve stayed that long is because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of moving. APM rent has gone up almost $ 200 for the same unit in the past three years!!! They always framed it in a way that made it legal, but really shady and unfair. I called and left messages with APM management many times but I never got a return call. Obviously, they didn’t have a good reason for why my rent continued to skyrocket.
Also, the model units are nothing like the real unit I got.
I’ve talked to several neighbors and no one I’ve talked to is really happy with this apartment complex, but, as I said, the helpful staff and maintenance crew along with the few amenities make it tolerable.
Don’t make the same mistake I did by signing with them.
