I’m new to yoga and bikram yoga is like another level because of the heat. I learned a lot about myself on the physical level, emotional level and mentally. Being a determined novice I was glad the teachers took the time to make sure I did things right and that I knew it was ok to sit, rest and recover. It’s time for me to get back in there and feel my best.

Great teachers, and the classes are consistently excellent. You will always leave with a good sweaty workout. The only downsides are that there is no music, and the carpet has become smelly from all of the sweat that is dropped on it from people in the 100+ degree room.

I went to my first Bikram yoga class 3 years ago when I lived in Chicago and practiced there, but I stopped going when I moved and school/life got hectic. Fast forward 3 years later, I rediscovered Bikram yoga thanks to my co-worker who introduced me to the studio. After practicing here at BYT for a mere 3 months, I not only feel much healthier physically, but I have a positive outlook on life outside the studio. BYT offered me a totally different experience than when I was in Chicago. The studio owner Kelly is very personable; she has an amazing talent of remembering everyone’s name. I have also never gotten any corrections in class when I was in Chicago because either the class sizes were too big or some teachers just don’t correct you. I’ve gone to several different classes here and I appreciate all the feedback and posture corrections here. The teachers are all very supportive and occasionally there are guest teachers which makes the class interesting. Don’t get me wrong; it’s not all happy and cheery during class. Some days I feel like dying in class, but most of the time I love the challenge and see how much I improve day after day. I appreciate that BYT offers classes throughout the day as I can’t get out of work until late. They also offer 7 am classes for the early birds. They also have a very nice locker area and showers. I haven’t purchased any drinks here yet, but they offer different water and electrolyte replacement drinks. A bonus of the studio: Kelly has an adorable dog Daisy that will occasionally be there! Bikram yoga is not only my stress reliever after long days of studying or work, but also yoga somehow makes me a more positive and cheery person. I am sad that I will not be practicing here anymore as I am leaving Toledo, but I will definitely be back whenever I am in the area visiting.

One of the nicest studios I visited! Great layout: large hot room, big changing rooms and clean showers. Staff is very friendly and always happy to help you improve your practice. BYT is not just a studio but also a great destination for shopping and relaxation. They have tons of great yoga outfits, mats and water bottles, well supplied hydration station and a place to cool down, get to know other students and learn more about the practice PLUS a massage room. Can’t get better! Love Bikram Yoga Toledo and always happy to visit and practice there!

Bikram Yoga Toledo is AMAZING and a life changing experience. I’m new to yoga, and was introduced to Bikram yoga by Kelly Williams(Owner of Bikram Yoga Toledo) and Bob Salazar a friend(who had been asking me to go for over a year) to try Bikram Yoga. I finally gave it a try, and it TRUELY is a life changing exerience. There studio is BEAUTIFUL and with a very open enviting enviroment, sometimes I bring my kids who will just hang out in lobby while I’m practicing yoga. BEING A CHIROPRACTOR, I need to be able to move freely with out discomfort to help my patients. I feel yoga is the best thing to do in between chiropractic spinal care sessions. A chiropractor helps to restore alignment to the spine and yoga help to improve the movement and strength of spine. I do RECOMMEND Bikram yoga to ALL of my patients.
