Barrow’s Jewelers & Horologists

We have been customers of Barrow’s for over 15 years after they were recommended by a friend. We now live in Arizona and continue to only use them for any of our jewelry purchase/​repair needs. They are always available and willing to text pictures etc. so that we are sure to get just what we want. I have had two custom pieces done and both came out exactly as I pictured. They are a wonderful family and are a family business. By that I mean they know your name when you go in, recognize your voice on the phone, ask about family members etc. In the jewelry shopping/​repair world there is nothing more important than trust which is why we never hesitated to continue to use them after moving across the country.

They’re nice, knowledgable and friendly! Family run, good people. Had my wedding rings dipped there. Came out very nice and in a timely manner.

I highly recommend Barrows Jewelers. My mother and cousin have been good customers for years, and I visited them for the first time the week before Christmas. I was visiting from out of town, and wanted to use Barrows, since my mother highly recommended them. Greg Barrows, one of the woners helped us. He is personable, outgoing, and very helpful.
I brought in the gold charm bracelet my grandmother had bequeathed to me to add 3 charms that she had not had put on. I brought it to Barrows on Dec 18 and Greg promised it would be ready Dec 24. My mother and I visited the jewelers on Christmas Eve Day, and joined in the party the jewelers holds for its customers every year. Greg was very apologetic that the bracelet was not ready, and promised to personally deliver it the next day, Christmas. On Christmas Day, I received a call from Greg and he held true to his word and delivered it to my aunt’s house where we were having dinner. AMAZING! What customer service!!!
