Great place! I take my boys here often. It’s a little small and sometimes the staff can be a bit rowdy in the back, but still it’s a good time. There is something about the sauce that just makes the pizza stand out above the other local shops. Give it a shot at least once!

Moved back to the area a couple of months ago and had not ate Amie’s pizza before. We got some for a staff meeting and it was so good! Got another pizza today and once again it was great! One of the better pizza places in Toledo.

Moved here from the east coast and it’s been hard to find a good pizza like back in NY. Amie’s is the best pizza I have found in Toledo so far similar to what I’m used too. Delicious.

Love their pizza! I haven’t tried anything else on their menu but for pizza alone I give it a 5 star review. There’s something in their sauce that makes it a tiny bit sweeter than the pizza elsewhere and its fabulous.

We’ve been loyal customers for 12 years. Based on our last visit, the staff needs to learn some manners and stop being so smug. The service is abrupt and rude.

I would love to give it 0⁄5 stars but the pizza makes me give it a 1⁄5., I called in and ordered a pizza @ 10mins to 6. I got there about 5 minutes later, paid for my pizza(to Go) and then waited 15 minutes. The staff here at Amie’s seem not to really care about their customers or their food(seeing as how they dont wear gloves when preparing the pizza). The staff noticed that I was there but i never got any other service other than when i got my pizza. I will not be back here for a while or ever. i definetly DONT recommend it. You would have gotten better service at a school cafeteria OR better customer service if you would have just gotten pizza at a store and made it yourself. I would NOT recommend coming here unlss you want terrible customer service

Another failure. Got the gluten free and i can assure you that at the very least the crust comes pre-made, I can tell because it has a stale taste to it. Certainly the worst gluten free pizza I ever had and you would think that being freshly made it would be good, nope. And the customer service was damn near Comcast level. The lady was so rude to me, when I asked to repeat herself she yelled and actually said«jeese!» As if repeating herself was a burden. I called to tell them their pizza tasted weird, literally like it was stale, and that we couldnt even eat it. The lady said«Oh whatever!» and hung up on me. One of THE worst places ever, food sucks and so do the employees.

WTH happened? This place used to be the go to joint in Sylvania. Quality product every time. It seems like the last few years it just gotten worse and worse. The pizza is NOWHERE near what it used to be. It’s plain tasteless. We’ve eaten there at least 100 times over the entire time it’s been opened the original owner and namesake Amie was the bomb. Food always good. Always on point. Today again it was just horrible. I looked at the website and there it was… NOMOREAMIE. Thus explains clearly the decline in the foods taste and quality. It’s just not the same. No need to return to the place we loved. Nice job«Liz» you killed one of the best pizza joint in our community. Oh…and stop using the Best Pizza Awards shtick. It’s been forever since the place won anything and those are the original owner Amie’s titles. You guys couldn’t win against a Chef Boyardee Pizza Kit. Hasta la vista!

I’ve had there pizza carry-out and it’s delicious. My first time dining in at Amie’s. They have great lunch specials. I ordered an Italian sub and it came with chips and a pop, only $ 6. It was a good Italian sub, but not great.

If you want amazing pizza, head over to AMIES! I will drive the extra mile to fill an AMIES craving. It’s similar to Ginos Pizza, only much better! :-) If you haven’t tried them, I highly recommend you do!

We are regulars here because both my kids love it. As a whole, the pizza is very good, a little pricey for the amount you get but the quality is usually very good. My two complaints today were simple. First, the service was less than friendly. I know people have bad days and Valentine’s Day stinks for some, but we are the customer. We came specifically for«heart» shaped pizza that they use to do on Valentine’s. We asked for them and the people behind the counter acted like we ask for a sacrifice. We were told that we haven’t done those for the last two years bc they were extremely hard to make. The kids were disappointed, but know sympathy from Aimee’s. When they brought out the food, it was literally thrown on the little table and the food brought out one thing at a time. Never a sorry or a smile. Then the white pizza had liquid on top and I asked what it was. The response was garlic sauce. It was not drizzled bit a pool of this«sauce» on top of the pizza. It was an edible until we soaked it up with napkins. And we never got, «how was your food» or «is there anything else we could do» or even a «smile» would have been nice. This was a little more than a disappointing trip.

Living in Sylvania, we have great choices for Pizza(J&G’s; Charlie’s) and Amie’s! We like all three but Amie’s is always our«go to» pizza restaurant. The only negative is that bigger people like me can’t fit in the chairs or booths, so take out is our only option. I hear their pasta is good too, but we just can’t leave the delicious pizza offerings. BTW: Their grinders(subs) are the bomb!

Just ate at Amies! It was fantastic. Very good crust, not to thick or thin. Flavors are very good. Sauce is a little sweet, but not over the top! Dining room is a little small, however there were always enough seats, even during busy time. The register people were not always smiling, but courteous. Nice family restaurant.

Anytime I come into town from Cleveland I always make sure I stop in to get a Amys Pizza. It truly is amazing pizza, the sauce is what makes this pizza unique!

Someone was hyping me that this is better than Gino’s, but I didn’t think so. It was fundamentally the same. Gino’s on Alexis works better for my trips to Toledo in terms of location, no use driving all the way out here.

Stopped in for the gluten free pizza on our way through. They gave us a choice of regular or seasoned crust. We went with seasoned. Unfortunately, our pizza came to us cold and we didn’t have time to have it remade. Seasoned crust was a nice touch, Cheese was good, sauce was OVERLY sweet. Have had much better gluten free pizza.

This is probably my favorite pizza in America, and better than anything I’ve eaten in Italy, too. What’s that? Why, yes, I did say that Gino’s was my favorite pizza in all the world. The catch is that Amie’s and Gino’s are, essentially, the same pizza(Mancino’s on Airport Hwy, too). They have, essentially, the same sweet sauce, the same crispy edges, etc. There is, of course, an interesting and ironic story about why this is so. For my money, this is «Toledo Style» pizza. On the average, it’s the best anywhere.(Of course I grew up on this pizza, so yes, I’m probably biased).

The pizza is adequate, but nothing special. We recently ordered three extra large when having family over. All three were way to heavy with cheese, and all three surprisingly were ovoer done. I could understand one being over done but not all three. I always noticed before when we used to frequent the place that the pizza’s were much better when the owner was there. She wasn’t there last night though I don’t know for sure if her presence still improves the food.
