Stay away from this place. Food was ok but service was terrible. Two other tables walked out while we were there because they were never greeted. It took nearly two hours for lunch. It was Sunday and they were busy, but they seemed partial to locals over other guests. Unfortunately nothing else was open or we would have left too.

Great low country boil in special nights. Shrimp and grits, are always a hit. The atmosphere is relaxed and always friendly. You can watch the game on the 3 tv’s or just enjoy the food. Best place in toccoa… and NOT a franchise.

The food was great as well as the service. I really liked the atmosphere. The grape salad was good, it was definitely my first time having that sort of thing. I had a country fried steak. Delicious!

Really the only place for dinner in downtown Toccoa. Service could be better. They probably need a little competition to get an upgrade. Good atmosphere.

Gotta try the Ruben. Customer service is not as good as the service at BJs but it’s still one of the best places in Toccoa to get lunch or dinner.

Thanks to Unilocal and the Lady of the Currahee museum gift shop we get here. Seems like you are entrying to a big family dinning. People is nice and attentive and food excellent. They offer variaty of dishes from gish to pork and salad to dessert. I tried Grape Salad for 1st time and is delicious! And also my veggie panini 100 points to this X Factor in Toccoa

Fantastic food, if you avoid the few exceptions. I’ve eaten here many times and tried a variety of menu items. Order the right stuff and you’ll be delighted. Fried shrimp! Large, fresh, delicious fried shrimp with perfect cocktail sauce. The crab legs and fish are also very good. The steak is also very good, but I prefer it without the default seasoning added. Your mileage may vary. The trout is delicious. Lastly, I’ll recommend the chicken panini sandwich and the grilled rueben sandwich. Only two items I didn’t like… Avoid the fried green tomatoes. The breading is a bit heavy, leaving them oily. Avoid the grape salad — very sweet, gooey, and weird. Everything else is great, the prices are good, and the staff is friendly.

Fried green tomatoes were burnt on the bottoms. Fried catfish smelled strange, and I simply couldn’t eat it. The cole slaw was a sloppy mess of thin mayonnaise. Overall could have gotten better food at a buffet somewhere. Toccoa is one of those slowly dying towns, and this kind of restaurant is not helping to attract anyone there. It was just bad unimaginative food.

Good food and service. The hours posted on the website are wrong. The Cornerstone Restaurant and X-Factor Grill(it has two names; don’t get confused) is open from 11am-9pm every day except Sunday. Sunday they are open from 11 – 3. Sometimes on week nights they will close at 7:30 or 8 if it is very slow.

We’ve eaten here several times. The service has always been spot on as has the food! The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Overall we have always been pleased with our meals! They are only open for dinner Thursday-Saturday nights, but they are open daily for breakfast and lunch(and the prices are cheaper for breakfast and lunch too).

Our family of three stopped in Toccoa on the way to a concert, and had lunch at the Cornerstone, which is located in the same building, a former department store, as the Whistle Stop Antque Mall. So you can browse the«junque» while waiting for your food. We enjoyed our meal, which included a BBQ pork sandwich, a fried chicken salad, and a plate of shrimp grits.
