First of all the lights need to be fix up at this place. Cause when it is dark the lighting here isn’t great. NUMBERONESECURITYATNITE. For the employees n for the customers I want to feel safe when I go somewhere at nite this place isn’t safe for a dog to go by. Number two the menus they are all raggedy looking titusville really isn’t the best place to live but at least fix up the place n so it looks like it’s open not condemned. Last get better lights cause the white lights cause bugs who likes to eat around bugs.

Today I ordered an egg and cheese croissant, large tot, and a large ocean water. I get home and the bag was covered in grease. I take the tots out and they were undercooked and literally dripping with grease. I turn the box on its side and about a quarter of a cup of fryer oil comes pouring out of it, all over the table, huge mess everywhere. The tots themselves were dripping grease. I call them and tell the situation and they told me to bring the order back. I had to put all the food on a plate and carefully bring it back trying to not get oil all over my car. I told them the situation again and they said I’ll have another order of tots dropped for you. They sent someone else with the new tots witch were still undercooked but at least they weren’t covered in oil. And by that time my sandwich was cold and my drink was watered down. Not to mention I had to waste my gas bringing the food back that they didn’t even ask for. I work in fast food also so I understand things happen and orders get messed up, but every time I go to this location the food is just not good. The staff seems to be very nice and polite but they obviously do not know how to properly prepare the food and they don’t know how to handle orders that were messed up. If that was me I would have not asked for the old food back, given a whole replacement order and also given a credit for next time. They definitely lost me as a customer for good and my two roommates.

Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. FORTYFIVEMINUTES. That’s my first issue. We ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal, & a 3 piece. When we opened the boxes. They both had only 3 pieces. When we looked at the receipt, we were charged for the 3& the 5. In the first box, where we asked for fries instead of onion rings… We got onion rings. Correction… Onion RING because there was one. Yes, one. No fries. Plus, she forgot our milkshake. When I asked for it. She rolled her eyes and handed me one that had been sitting there for at least 20 minutes. It was melted… & warm. This sonic sucks.

Went here on a family vacation a few times. Each time never waited more then 5 seconds to be treated. Good came out fast and fresh. Service was quick. And boy can these people skate. Good was not greasy at all and perfectly cooked. Our food came out within a few mins and we sat outside. Good working facility. Guess its changed since the previous reviews were posted. I also posted pics. Good food cheap price.

I would give it no stars but can’t. The«crew manager» Sara doesn’t seem like she belongs in the front of the store, I could here her complaining loudly from outside, she messed up my order, and it took forever for me to even get a greeting. I was told that the switch boards were broken, another customer said they have been having that problem for a while. They also constantly run out of there products, the tea taste like it’s spoiled, and you can see the BUGS inside the store from outside. If you asked me to go back I would say I would rather eat something from the garbage of McDonalds.

I had to wait at the drive through for about two minutes before even being greeted, then the server(who looked like a manager) was not very polite. The food was normal. I’m giving it 2 stars because«Americas Drive In» should have better customer service.

My daughter & I ordered a BLT& bacon cheeseburger… pretty simple food! The bacon was so burned it was like eating charcoal! Neither was edible!!! The worst experience we’ve ever had at Sonic… EVER!!! We won’t be back!!!

We are the only customers here. Sever had to say she was sorry for the wait. Then food was not right. Shakes taste odd. So save your time don’t stop here. We would have gone to Moonlight. But they were closed.

Not bad if you’re in the mood for fast food. They’ve definitely improved since opening.
