I’ve eaten here before and love the food but it’s super frustrating to get a busy signal for 20 minutes when trying to place a phone order. I gave up. Maybe consider getting a second line, or offer an online ordering option?

Incredibly fresh sub sandwiches and a great alternative to fast food for this busy Mom! Our kids love extra pickles and they’re happy to oblige. Planning a party and you don’t want to worry about the menu? They’ve got you covered! Always a big hit. Always great customer service to boot. A real gem in Titusville!

I am really not sure why this place has only a overall 3 star rating. I actually drive from Orlando to come here for their subs at least once a week. Honestly I love the choices that they give you. Subs are always fresh and the staff is very accomodating and helps make suggestions especially if its your first time.
They offer combos that include either a half or whole sub, drink and a side. They have a pretty decent macaroni salad and potato salad. They have a deli case where you can purchase the meats by the pound to take home if you want.
Before you leave check out the dessert case. They have several goodies from cookies, brownies and raw organic chocolate in different flavors.

Love having healthy options nearby! It’s great going to a local business and knowing things are fresh and where they came from. And the owner cares about the community, giving the best to her customers, AND employees. Big portions, always fresh. Really can’t even complain! Love you Mr. Subs!!!

The staff is super awesome. The cashier was so helpful.
This location is better than their last. The interior décor is lacking though. It doesn’t seem very cohesive. But really that doesn’t matter much. The food is enjoyable and customizable. And the side options are nice.
The cookies appear to have a hint of lemon extract. Very old fashioned, in a good way.

Worst Customer service I have ever had the displeasure of receiving. The bread was covered in mold on the the bottom of the multi-​grain roll, the cashier I had was totally incompetent, she was unable to correctly take my order, was rude, snappy and totally uncaring. i had been in last week and was appalled that the sandwich female was constantly coughing g all over the sub board area, never once turned her head nor did she even wash her hands after the coughing fits. I asked the cashier about the employee and was told she was the shift leader named Kim. Needless to say I will not be back into this establishment and will be placing a complaint with the Board of Health. The restraint does not deserve any stars…

Subs are always fresh and good. It is nice for take out or eat in. Place is always Clean Too!!! conveniently located and has a drive through also. I would certainly recommend this place
