Nice family place with an attentive wait staff. If you can find it, you will be happy you went the distance! It’s really a hidden gem right here in Titusville!

The rib-eye was phenomenal. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The happy hour was pretty good too with $ 2.50 house wines and other stuff I can’t remember. Usually hotel restaurants need an asterisk next to them but this place could stand on its own.

Very pleased with this place. Full bar and the food was really good. All tasted very fresh. Did not expect such a pleasant dinner. Not much in the area so this one I would recommend. Hats off to the chef.

Food is good and priced far. Service from the bartender sucks! Avoid him at all costs. You will not be treated with respect or attention. He comes to work with a bad attitude and takes it out on his patrons. Without him working here I give this place 4 stars.

This place stinks — bartender is inattentive and borderline rude. I asked about the bottled beer selection and was given a ridiculous look.

What happened to the other chef. No flavor on my steak or my Wife’s Shrimp Pasta. Lobster soup was also watered down. Such a nice place going wrong direction

Not so good restaurant. The fish was overcooked. Also it was a bit expensive for the food we got. Furthemore, it was a very small plate without flavour.

What a welcome oasis after eating fast food on our road trip! We stayed at a nearby hotel but walked over to the Holiday Inn for dinner. Clean and modern looking. We dined on a Thursday evening and were seated immediately — only a few other tables occupied. The waitress was very attentive and our food came out quickly. Dinner salads were crisp and our entrees were very tasty! Great find on I-95!

One word… YUMMIE! Seriously, their food is soooo good. We stayed at this holiday inn for a week and I had to get room service 3x’s because their food was delicious! The steak/blue cheese salad was AMAZING. My husband had to refrain from licking the salad dish when he was done :). For all you bacon cheeseburger fans, you will LOVE theirs! Seriously great food! If I lived here, I’d be eating at this restaurant every week! Also, the pricing is fantastic. The steak/blue cheese salad was under $ 10.

Considering the restaurant is within a hotel, this is hands down the best restaurant I came across in titusville. The only downside would be the limited amount of space at the bar and within the restaurant so you either want to get there early or late or expect to wait. Great menu selection with great food as well for a decent price. Staff was very friendly.

Really good food and happy hour specials, but service can be a little slow at times. They’ve always been very friendly.

The bartender, Robert, is wonderful!!! He let me in before they opened and have a glass of wine. He also was great to just talk to. I was in town on a business and loved the attention after a long day. He kept good conversation with everyone even after the bar started to fill up. The menu looks really good… I started with the lobster bisque. It was good. The lobster chunks were more like a garnish on top, but still good. Everyone around me was raving about their meals… All of them were locals, so that is a good sign. I also asked if their steaks were fresh or frozen, they are fresh(for anyone who cares about that aspect). Some of the chicken is fresh and some frozen(like the tenders). I ordered the Caribbean quesadilla with steak. I thought that would be a safe choice, and it was pretty good! Nice plate presentation and exactly what I was hoping for. All in all a great place(especially considering the surrounding options for a nice dinner).

I arrived after walking across the street at a competing hotel for my solo dinner on a Tuesday at 7:30p. Walking up to the space located inside the lobby of the Holiday Inn, I could hear the drone from the bar. There wasn’t anyone at the host stand so I walked into the bar area. All the stools at the bar were full and two out of the four high tops were also occupied. The space was hopping and although it seemed like it would have been fun for a drinking night I opted to revisit the host stand and hope for the best with a server. When I arrived I was now greeted by a pleasant smile named Amber. She led me into the dining area which is only separated from the bar by a 2⁄3 partition wall topped with glass. The floors in the space are tile and the noise in the dining area was a distraction to say the least. This is such a shame too as the décor and feel of the dining area is not unlike a big city bistro. Smart looking chairs and lighting, and tables adorned with linens and surprisingly a correct table setting. Amber also turned out to be my server. I sat at a four top near the server station in the back of the house facing the front of the house. There are about ten, four tops, a few deuces and some double ups with a half booth lining the wall. The lighting is decent but could stand to be dimmed a bit. I can’t stress enough how loud it is emanating from the bar. In addition, the music being played was also competing. Such a shame, I guess no one knows what sound baffles are. I thought Amber started me off perfectly with warm bread and what looked to be a fresh dollop of butter while I perused the menu. I was all set to butter my bread when I discovered that I was unable to as it was very cold and solid as a rock. Amber had gone back into the server station and I got the attention of the very lovely Melissa another server on the floor. I asked if she could possibly nuke the butter for a short time so that it was usable and she complied bringing me back some malleable butter. While breaking the bread, I discovered it was so dried out it was practically like a croûton. Amber had come to check on me and she agreed it looked bad to her as well when she had grabbed it and said she would see about making a fresh loaf. Fantastic! I decided on a glass of the house white to start as I was leaning towards either the offered lobster specials or the Mahi. The house white wine was listed as $ 5 and was Sycamore Lane a Pinot Gris from California. Turned out it was rather bitter but later complimented the fish I choose nicely. After asking Amber which was the better prepared of the dishes, I opted for the Mahi, grilled and served with just a light brush of butter, a side of grilled zucchini and a salad with blue cheese. The salad arrived shortly after I scanned the room and spotted two flat screen TVs positioned on the front walls such that I was able to view what looked to be sports channels. The salad was comprised of very large pieces of romaine, red and green peppers, some red onion, two cherry tomatoes and one slice of cucumber. Despite having to cut the salad up which I hate, everything was nice and crisp. The dressing was served on the side in a ramekin. It was a bit runny but did have one piece of bleu cheese which in my book is a bonus. The replacement bread had arrived after the time it took to «prepare» my salad for eating and with the soft sweet real butter, it was perfect! The timing on the entrée was nice having wrapped up my salad and sitting for a couple of minutes I did not feel rushed or stranded at all. The fish, about a 5oz serving, was cooked perfectly. The plate looked a bit odd to me however, with a very large whole zucchini halved and grilled, served stacked on the plate with some leaf lettuce as a garnish. It felt cumbersome and unnecessary to have to work for my vegetable and although it was grilled nicely the presentation truly detracted from the flow of the meal much like the salad. I found after cutting the vegetable up into something I could eat with a fork, that I had an off balance of vegetables to protein and felt like the plate and my palette, could have used a nice risotto or rice in an appropriate portion to the rest of the meal. I was offered quite a few desserts but turn them all down, asking for a simple scoop of chocolate ice cream for a great finish. All in all, this hidden bistro even with its quirky plating and lack of sound control really impressed me. I was even greeted with a nice, «have a good evening sir», by the hotel staff as I exited. You can tell they are really making an effort here and with a little polish you might be fooled to think you were seated in a hot little bistro in a big city instead of a Holiday Inn, in Titusville, Florida.

Came here with my wife and son. We were staying at the Hotel and did not want to venture out. The food was OK but the service was lacking. Waitress got our orders wrong, drink service was slow. The worst was when my wife ordered a glass of wine and when she asked for a second they brought out the wrong wine. Par for the course for our server. We pointed out the mistake and the was brought out another glass of wine but it was incorrect again. We sent it back and person came out with the glass of wine we had just sent back. She asked«what exactly is the problem here?» She claimed that it was the same kind of wine as the original glass. We did not argue, but did not drink the wine. Funny thing was that when we received our bill there was two different types of white wines. Bottom line is that the service is bad and the food i just OK. I would stay away and save the aggravation.

We were staying at the hotel and didn’t feel like venturing out so we ate here. It was very middling. The lobster bisque was not very good and not very hot and not worth a $ 1 surcharge. The bread looked good but was completely tasteless. The salad was okay, not very fresh — had to pick out some spoiled lettuce. The chicken Alfredo was okay but bland. The flank steak was pretty tasty. The 7&7 from the bar was delicious — huge and a great mix. All in all, just okay, and a little pricey for what you got.

This place is very good. I went here with my wife last night and we really enjoyed the food and service. We came just after it opened so we were the first ones seated. The décor is elegant and the staff professional. There were many things on the menu we wanted to try, but we ended up getting the blackened chicken with the potato leek casserole as my side, and my wife got the flank steak with the grilled zucchini side. I chose the soup to go with my meal(included) and my wife chose the salad with a balsamic dressing. Everything we had was tasty. It was a really nice change from all the junk you can get around Titusville. It’s a little pricier than most other restaurants in the area, but you pay for what you get… Fresh, simple, well seasoned food, with the right portions. We are staying at a neighboring hotel until April, so we will certainly be back again.
