Very disappointing for a Marriott property. You expect molasses slow«free» Internet from all Marriott hotels but for the money it isn’t worth it.

This place is a run down dump. Weeds growing around the pool, rust on the pool fence, rotting trim on the buildings. I requested an upper floor and they stuck us on a first floor, there is no sound deadening so I can hear everything upstairs. Musty smell in the room broken towel holder worn out bathroom. This place is an embarrassment to Marroitt. Can’t believe I paid $ 250 for a flea bag motel.

My husband and I just stayed here last week for our wedding anniversary. The room was exactly what we needed, and we had a great stay! The only thing I advise is if your going to be baking or cooking a lot there are tools /essentials that they don’t provide. Check the kitchen before going to the store :) otherwise this is a great stay.

Just OK. It’s a tired old hotel that’s been around for a while. The room was pretty clean and everything worked ok – it just seemed tired and old, a bit run down. We only spent a night — got in late and left fairly early, so it was OK. Got a good price online. The free breakfast buffet was simple but worked. Not sure if we’d stay there again; would probably look hard at other options.

Stayed here for a wedding event that occurred close to the Red Banks, and it’s quite cozy. The place we stayed was good for 6. I slept on the sofa bed, which was not the most comfortable place to sleep in, but it was good enough that I was able to get some rest. The location of the place was very quiet and about a quarter to half a mile away from a restaurant(Ruby Tuesday) and a plaza. I walked around the area all the way to the plaza and Ruby Tuesday and it’s ill advice to do it. However, the place seem to safe even at night because when I was driving at night, there were some runners on the road even though the place was suspect due to poor lighting. Lastly, the gym was small, and it’s not really a gym. The morning breakfast buffet was just ok.

This place is in bad need of a renovation. It is the worst Marriott property we’ve ever stayed. The décor is very 90s and is worn, dinged and we could feel the coils in the mattress. Room is cave-like. The worst part is that the room reeks of cat urine and they tried to cover the smell with a sickening fruity spray that just made it worse. We overheard another guest complaining of the cat urine smell at the front desk. The front desk staff was very kind and gave us an additional spray bottle to use but we all feel nauseated from all the odors. Walls and ceilings have cracks. Mold in corners of the bathroom. We are in the first floor unit and the noise above us sounds like people will crash thru the ceiling. Every bed creak, conversation, was clearly audible. And when they walked above us it sounded like elephants. I will never stay here again and can’t wait to go home. Horrible.

Exceeded expectations. This hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious. The staff is extremely accommodating. The complementary breakfast is quite good. I will definitely be back.

Terrible! Air conditioner rattled all night, after that stopped water sound from the air conditioner was just what I needed after driving 7 hours. Called 6:30 am complained was told I’ll take care of it. What did that mean? No comp room or discount. Needless to say checked out a day early the manager(?) gave points for being unhappy. I said my husband is silver in your club why bother joining the club if that’s the kind of room members get. I was told that’s all we had! Went to Hilton close by got upgraded and a great room, more important a great night sleep! If you stay there check your room!!!

Tried the Residence Inn this time instead of the Marriot Courtyard in Lincroft. I really didn’t even know this place was here until it popped up when making my Lincroft reservation. I am sure glad that happened and I am making the switch! It is located right off the highway on a very quiet street. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, nightlife and the shore all within an easy drive. So, the location is very good. The price was great, comparable with Lincroft, but, the residence Inn offers so much more. We were very impressed with the size of the room(two double beds) at a little under 600 sq. ft. An updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Big flat screen t.v. and a fireplace. Everything was very comfortable, roomy and very clean. Now here is the good part. They include breakfast each day and it was really good. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, bagles, toasts, cereals, beverages and oatmeal, in other words, something for everyone. I would highly recommend this place. I am hyper-sensitive to my surroundings(yes, I drive hubs crazy) and I couldn’t find anything to complain about! That speaks volumes. This would get four and a half stars if I could. I reserve the five stars for the Residence Inn in Fredricksburg, Va. I could live there!

Was great experience for the price. When arrived was surprised with a free upgrade. The room was great had kitchen, living room, bedroom, a loft and 2 bathrooms. Free breakfast was great as well had most everything you could ask for. Also on the night we checked in they had free hot dogs and burgers.
