One of the BEST J Crew Factory Stores I’ve been to.
I managed to get a really cute cardigan for $ 8 and another for $ 12.
The Boyfriend got Chinos for $ 27 and his mother got a whole bunch of shirts for 40% off with an extra 15% off with student discount.
The store is very well organized and there are many sizes — they even have many XS and S.
The employees are very friendly and willing to help you look for a size if you need it.
Tip: Come here as early as possible because by the time we returned at around 3:00pm the same day, the store was packed and ransacked. We went at about 10:30am in the morning and had a very leisurely shopping experience with no waits to pay or for the fitting room.

This store has won me over time and time again. The customer service here is above and beyond any other experience I have had at the outlets, or several regular JCrew stores for that matter. Jean and Kendall are both great, help stylish women who are patient and worth seeking out for assistance. I will only shop here when I know one of them will be in the store. Great place, great staff! GREAT PRICES!
