Store layout is strange and I feel like I’m constantly retracing my steps. Produce quality and selection are lack-lust. They used to have a great salad bar which was my go to lunch in the area, but after a number of bad experiences(bad lettuce and randomly not being open) I have stopped getting it.

I like this store because it’s on my way home after work. Haven’t ever had an issue with freshness of produce like some other shoppers but I recently had an issue with the«freshness» of a female employee who was in the area near the self serve checkouts. The self serve registers weren’t busy so I decided to use one. I’m on my home after a long day at work so I am tired. Of course, I hit an incorrect button. So I had to call this woman over to ask her to reset the machine. She comes over and yells at me that I pushed the wrong button. Duh! Obviously. I didn’t do it on purpose. You would have thought that I had asked her to do something really time/effort consuming. Isn’t helping customers part of being an employee. Her hostile attitude, argumentative words & demeaning tone of voice were so inappropriate. She shouldn’t be working in contact with customers if she can’t interact without lashing out at them. On a positive note, there was also a young man who was working in the self checkout area. He tried to assist me but left immediately upon the arrival of the this woman. I don’t blame him. I hope she isn’t his supervisor. I hope she isn’t anyone’s supervisor!
