Do NOT get this company! They made me pay $ 350 for home inspection, which is the average cost of an inspection and they didn’t even do a thorough job. We were first time homebuyers so of course, we relied on the home inspector to educate us of the improvements that need to be done for the house. Just when we moved in, we find that the A/​C was not working properly, our front porch’s cement underneath had a 4 feet gap that connected to the foundation (which he said only needed to be filled with soil around the area), only to find out that he didn’t even take a measuring tape to find out how big the gap was under. That didn’t solve the problem. This ended up costing us $$$$ to fix! We are frustrated at this company. I don’t even think they did a carbon monoxide testing test on the house and the inspector said we didn’t really need one and that the carbon monoxide detectors in the house was good enough. only to find out that we didn’t even have carbon monoxide detectors to begin with! This we all find out after we closed the deal on the house and I am an angry customer of theirs. Their website claims they are members of the «NAHI» (National Association of Home Inspectors) but they are really not. I called NAHI and they haven’t been members for years because they haven’t made payments on updating the membership. So that is false information on their website. I would highly suggest to contact NAHI first to confirm this information and you’ll see what I mean… My realtor recommended this company to me. Always do your research first before hiring an inspector because it can save you $$$$ in the longrun! Talk to other people who have used your home inspector before confirming the appointment. It’s so worth it. Don’t bet your deal on this home inspection company at all.
