Came here to get a window glass replaced. Tried Dukes Ace in Frankfort where I was treated like an ignorant sh**! I was treated like a customer here! This will be my goto Ace from now on!

I just stopped in to try and find a smaller gas line for my fireplace. They did not have any in stock but the friendly guy said he could cut it and Flare it for me. Once he spoke with his manager though and they went in the back to try and find the flare tool they came back and said that they could not find it which means There was not enough money in it for them to do it.

When they say Ace is the place, believe it. This location in particular puts the nearby big box home improvement stores to shame. Consistently. I don’t know how they do it, but they always seem to have exactly what I’m looking for, while the big box stores have aisles of what? I really don’t know. But what I do know is that this place needs to be your first stop, because it will also be your last, no need for the other places. This is a great place.

Like this place every time I visit. While one goes to the big box stores for the lowest prices, you often give up quality and selection. When you really need a particular piece of hardware or a higher quality fastener, this Ace Hardware is the solution. They tailor their inventory to what is needed in the neighborhood they serve — for example, this Ace carries the line of sump pumps that the original home builders put in most of the residences, thus allowing a direct one-​for-​one replacement. The big boxes might save you money, but you have to fit a different brand to the replacement job. This Ace has a sister store a mile or so east. Both are good finds.
