Boom, five stars and here’s why:
A gentleman & his son came out for same day service (unfortunately, I can’t remember either of their names, sorry) and even though our a/​c unit is Older Than Dirt, they never – not even once – tried to encourage a new unit. That’s worth about a million stars right there, amirite? No shady upsell! No NOWNOWNOW! Just quality work at a reasonable price. But let me back up a second…
Earlier that morning our air conditioner felt a little… weak. One of my girls is medically fragile & has SERIOUS temperature instability issues so upon this discovery of subpar A/​C? Um, yeah… cue the mommy freak out when I realized it was chugging like crazy & barely cooling off the joint. Called Dawn and landed an appointment just a few hours later. Talk about good turnaround time! Once the technicians were here, they were all business. There was no «rush through” – it was a thorough job complete with all questions answered. The fix was easy and relatively inexpensive but never once did they make it seem as though they’d rather be heading to the next job.
We’ve used other companies before but never again. If you’re looking for good service with competitive pricing, Dawn is where it’s at, yo.

Over priced tried to rip us off with a new furnace during the freeze

Ed came and inspected our past heating system and made written estimates, which we reviewed with Ed. Based on his estimates and the high recomendation from a reliable friend, we chose his services. Dawn Heating showed up on time for installation of our new furnace and a/​c. They were very professional, and had their work done in one day. Ed stuck around explained the new equipment and the rebates that we are eligible to receive. I would highly recommend this company.
