Daniel’s Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

These people are unfriendly and unprofessional. Lacking in customer appreciation and customer service. Don’t waste your time contacting them because they are rude on the phone.

Daniel’s Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning RUINED my furniture.
Daniel treated a stain on my couch, and then proceeded to clean the upholstery on the entire couch, chair and ottoman.
Daniel wound up ruining all three pieces of furniture. Not only did the chemicals used cause the green color of the beautiful fabric to fade out, the furniture now has large rose-​colored splotches all over it and cannot be saved or corrected.
Consumers, beware! Use extreme caution and at your own risk! To our surprise, Daniel’s Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning either does not carry proper insurance that will cover any damage he causes to your furniture/​carpeting that he is hired to clean.
The bottom line is: Daniel ruined three pieces of furniture, his insurance company refused to honor the claim and Daniel refused to pay for the damages he caused. I now have to replace my furniture (couch, chair, ottoman) because he ruined it.
