My technician did a great job on my nails. Very meticulous and patient. Not sure if it’s because it’s a fairly new place or just a conscientious attendant, but he did a really good job with both my manicure and pedicure. And more importantly, they have a great selection of nudes-rather than just reds, pinks, etc. Huge points for me. Will definitely go back.

My mom and I came for pedicures this afternoon. Not crowded at all, but wouldn’t expect it to be on a Monday. As much as I love having clean, pedicured feet, I actually hate getting pedicures because I am so ticklish. I warned the man before he started. He was so gentle & I was actually able to relax rather than constantly worrying about being tickled. It was a very relaxing experience. And the best part, while you wait for your toes to dry– a shoulder massage. Top notch service!

Excellent pedicure! They took their time, and the massage was wonderful. They even did a complimentary shoulder massage. You can’t beat the prices either. I will definitely be returning!

Last night was the 3rd time I had been in. I return because they are fabulous. Jen and her Mom, and everyone in the shop are great. My Ombré’ gel no-chip nails were Jen’s suggestion and I could not be happier with the resuls. She always takes the time to make sure my nails are in the best condition and the look is perfection. She finished with a moisturizing hand massage. Could not be happier. Then I moved over to get a pedicure. One of the men took care of me. He was gentle and I am usually very ticklish. None of that. The salt scrub treatment followed by a 10 minute oil and lotion massage on my legs and feet was wonderful. The shop is new, clean and all the chairs give a great massage along with the same spa treatment of any high end salon. When I moved over to dry he gave me a neck and shoulder massage. This was over the top. I could not be happier with my experience and I will continue to come back.

We went last Friday(a week exactly since being there). We waited for about 45 minutes and it didn’t feel busy at all but the workers seemed really rushed. I ended up going with a no-chip manicure and the Lavender Honey pedicure. They didn’t try to place any of my friends next to each other(at my normal salon, they’ll try their hardest to keep us near eachother). My one friend went first, and was completely done with her French tip gel nails before me and my other friend were even started on. The woman rushed through my no-chip manicure(I get them regularly so I know about the length of time it takes) and on top of that, she didn’t really do much cleaning around my nails(taking off dead skin, etc.) no buffing or anything. And, for the first time EVER, my no-chip manicure chipped by WEDNESDAY. That’s 5 days after having them done. Now multiple fingers are chipping by day 7… When I sat down for my pedi, she never asked me what kind of pedicure I was getting. So I finally spoke up and said that I wanted the Lavender one(right before she put a different scrub on my legs) and she seemed really confused. So, she went ahead and did the paraffin wax treatment and the lavender scrub… but there were two other steps to the pedicure that she didn’t do. I didn’t say anything because I at that point knew I wasn’t going to return. Please remember that when you offer a B1G1 free deal for the grand opening of your salon, you will bring in MANY new customers. The idea of having this promotion is to give the BEST service you can to be able to bring those new customers back. At the end of the day, all I know is that I value my normal salon much more now.

I also came here for the grand opening special of buy one service get another one for free. I walked in and immediately thought about leaving. The owner? greets everyone in the most unfriendly way possible. I asked for a no chip mani and pedi and she responded with«no.» After I laughed and said, «excuse me?» She told me there would be a 30 min wait. So I waited and ended up getting the lavender honey pedicure. The pedicure itself wasn’t horrible. The guy doing it cut one of my nails on a complete slant so I was not a fan of that. And they didn’t use any lotion what so ever with that pedicure. The no chip was much better. For $ 40, it wasn’t horrible, but it won’t be my go to location. The manager yelled at all of her employees and was rude to pretty much everyone walking in. I was there for 2 hours and it seemed like she was training every single employee. She was turning away potential customers and people were asking to make appointments and she wouldn’t take their names or write it down.

New salon that just opened. They are currently running a grand opening special of buy one service, get one free(equal or lesser value). No coupon required. Awesome deal so I figured I’d try them out for my regular– a no chip and pedi. The place was fairly crowded, but there was no wait. My pedicure started. About 2 minutes into the pedicure they ask if the paint on my fingers is no chip. I say yes so they proceed to put the acetone/cotton/foil on my nails to let it soak. Kind of annoying because I like to read a magazine and relax with my pedicure and now I can’t, but it does save time so no big deal. My pedicure continues– the lady hardly used the stone to remove callus from my feet, and for the massage, they do not massage your calves/feet with lotion, but rather the salt scrub. Well the grains start to hurt after being rubbed on your skin after about 30 seconds. Far from a nice relaxing massage. Well the pedicure is almost over now and the acetone is still sitting on my nails and is beginning to burn– bad. I had to tell them it was burning so it could be removed. They take off the foil and begin scraping off the polish. Most salons I go to, the polish comes right off like butter after being soaked for about 10 minutes, but not here. They must use cheap acetone or skimp because the polish was barely coming off. She scrapes off as much as possible and then my pedicure is over and I go sit for my manicure. The lady begins to file my nails and do the cuticles. One finger is cut and begins to bleed. As mentioned, there is still quite a bit of no chip polish/residue left on my nails. Instead of soaking more or scraping, she just takes the buffer and buffs my nails for a very long time until it’s all gone. Well now my nails are paper thin, damaged, and could bend right in half. All the nails were filed uneven, and there is polish all in the cuticles. I’m not sure if I just got a person with very little experience, or if every body there is this bad. I would not recommend this place– even with a free service.
