The manager(I believe her name is Amy) really frustrates me. Whenever I try to ask questions about tanning, memberships, or pretty much anything she answers SO short. She will just say things like«yes» or «no». It’s really irritating when I’m trying to get in-depth info. She has really horrible customer service skills. She doesn’t say it in a rude way but it’s almost as if she just hates her job & doesn’t want to talk to anyone and/or really has no motivation to make money. I’m considering a $ 70per month membership, but when I get short, useless answers it seriously deters me from joining. I haven’t joined yet and I’m not sure if I will, as she is the manager & at PBT there are many times the other staff say only the manager can do certain tasks. I can’t imagine if I had a more serious issue, how she would respond if all I get are«mhhm’s». One time the booth I used had a dirty floor, and I stepped in, of course already nude & w/lotion on, I went to put on the goggles & they had nasty greasiness & clumps of mascara all over. I was not going to put them on my face, & I didn’t just want to yell for help all the way from the room. So reluctantly, I tanned with no eye protection(not good) & when I went to the front desk to explain, of course the girl said I had to speak with the manager. She wasn’t in that day so the next time I came in I told the manager what happened & all she said was«yeah I’m so sorry the disinfectant doesn’t clean that well so I’ll make sure we scrub them well when you come in, or your can buy a pair» Hmm. That’s really my that helpful. If that were me I would have a SINCERE apology, offer a «re-do» session at no charge & even offer discounted eyewear for future. That’s pretty gross that she admitted the disinfectant doesn’t clean well. Hmph. Well at least most of the other girls that work there are nice. As for the manager, I really don’t know. Maybe she’s burned out & doesn’t care. It’s really irritating for someone like me who likes PBT and is being held back from possibly joining because of 1 person. She has also given me incorrect info. before. It’s a nice salon, USUALLY, not always clean, and the prices aren’t nearly as high as they used to be. I may go back from time to time but I can’t see myself paying for a membership with someone like her. Shape up PBT!

Hella pricey(as with Palm Beach Tan in general) but this location has a lot of nice beds so you don’t usually have to wait for a diamond level bed. However the employees here are definitely not as nice as some of the other locations. Once in a while one of the girls is super helpful and friendly but usually they’re cold and not very welcoming, but oh well.

Beds are great, staff is nice. Efficient to get in and out, so tanning is as effortless as possible. High priced in my opinion, but the facility reflects the prices, as it seems very classy. Not for someone looking for a place to tan sporadically; they have a contract and really no affordable way to purchase single or package sessions. Plan to become a member and enroll in a monthly debit routine.

The staff will offer you a $ 50 for two sunless tans package that expires if you are not able to come back in a month. My girlfriend and I both bought packages and each weren’t able to come back within the month. That was both of our first and last experiances at this store!!!
