I am in Colorado on vacation and went to this location last night. Food was great and service was very friendly and nice

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had! Fries are excellent as well — the fry sauce is amazing. I’ve been multiple times and the service has always been great. One of the best parts is that you can order a frozen custard on hold and pick it up when you’re done with your meal — great idea Freddy’s!

This place is actually pretty good, worth a try. My first impression is that it has a nice atmosphere, with cool colors and lots of info about the original owners. The burgers were super salty like the reviews say, but the fries and custard were delicious. I didn’t really like how small the fries were because i couldn’t really dip them, but everything was good enough for me to try again sometime

Not expecting salt — less food from a fast joint, it was still less than a vast majority of places I’ve dined. The service was good and I’d liken that and the atmosphere to a Midwestern in-and-out burger. I’d hope most readers identify the incredulous nature of the older reviews. Anyone who complains on the Internet instead of taking to the management clearly prefers whining over ensuring their satisfied with their experience through respectable criticism. So I’ve decided to take on the burden of an honest review. I had the #1 Combo. They have good brand name sweet and unsweetened tea. The fries are not your usual large fries, they’re a very small(¼″ cut?) But that’s nice for a slower dining experience unless you’re trying to jam handfuls in your mouth. The burger seems more like a meat(shredded steak which was delicious) and less like processed earthworms and sawdust(mcdonalds, BK, etc.) My only real criticism is that their basic toppings are pickles and mustard. That’s kind of silly when ketchup is delicious. If I’m ever going to DIA and want something quick„ high quality, delicious, and that won’t make me sick I’ll stop here. It’s the closest you’ll get to sit-in restraunt food without the 15 – 25 minute wait.

Staff is friendly for the most part but the last two times my husband I have gone there, the food has not been fresh at all. The chili cheese and plain cheese fries are obviously made with stale old fries, drinks are given to you covered in soda so your car cup holder in your car becomes nice and sticky and the owner(I’m assuming is some middle eastern guy) sits out the drive thru window talking to buddies while the rest of us have to wait. I was excited when they built this Freddy’s but have not been impressed with the quality of food or the owner. The Loveland one seems to be a bit better.

I recently moved here and am mourning the loss of my beloved In-N-Out…nothing compares. That being said, I wanted to find a good burger joint in the area. I’m not so terribly unfair as to give a review based on the comparison between In-N-Out and any other burger place… everything would get a 1-star in comparison. BUT, I actually liked Freddy’s. I like the meat with the crispy edges, and I like the big chunky toppings. Fry sauce is really good. I’ll be back.

Finally made my second visit to this joint. It was much better than my first experience. However, the meat was still too salty for my liking. The frys and fry says are amazing. I think I’ll stick with the hot dogs when and if I come back.

Freddie’s in northern colorado from Longmont to Timmnath is absolutely the best place for a quick meal. Anytime we ask my grandson where he want to eat it’s always Freddies. I’m reading the reviews for this restaurant and totally disagree I’ve never had bad service at any of the northern colorado Freddie’s. I believe people who do bad reviews without telling the business first so they can address and fix such issues are unjustified. Not one of us are perfect and new establishments will have there hic ups. Give Freddie’s a chance it truly is the best fast food I’ve ever had.

Being from Kansas I have eaten at a lot of Freddy’s and this is by far the worst one ever. Got drive thru here on the way up to the mountains. The lady at the window asked my girlfriend that was driving if her name was Jacob to start off, no hello, hi, good evening, just Jacob. Didn’t have our order right. Listed off like every order in the restaurant to find ours. Like it’s drive thru, the next car, next order I would assume? We then get our sack of food that the bottom was soak in chili. Thanks now I have to clean my car of chili, I hope it comes out. Seriously. Then after eating by far the worst Freddy’s burger I have ever had. My recommendation if it’s your first time, go to a different Freddy’s. Worst experience at a Freddy’s ever. So thanks Freddy’s. I order a 15 dollar meal and now have to spend another 15 bucks to get my seat cleaned because you don’t know how to not sit your bags in chili. Like get it together, it looks like you just opened too! Off to a great start huh? I’ll never be back to this location. Oh and you forgot my straws. So I stole 2 extras from you.

I was so looking forward to trying this place as I’d heard good things. What a disappointment. Two(I ordered a double) paper thin overdone burgers covered with toppings thicker than the meat, and enough salt to spike my blood pressure 50 points. I doubt I’ll be back.

Came on a Saturday at 1pm. Took 15 min in the drive through. While it’s a great location for people traveling on i25, and the two lines were meant to speed things up, there’s only one window!!! I don’t know what they were thinking!

The initial vibe is very much like 5 Guys, same color scheme even. I got a burger, and it was OK. 2 patties, but they had been smashed verrrrry thin and then very well-done(as in crispy on the edges). The fries are also very thin, tasty but not satisfying. On the expensive side of fast– food. It’s a step above Mcdonalds, but that’s no compliment.

I really don’t get why this place is so damn popular… they serve over-salted and over-cooked chuck burgers(Sorry folks, it’s not ground steak), skinny fries, and generic shakes and malts. And they hawk the supposedly«famous» Freddy’s Sauce(in reality a knock-off of McDonald’s «secret sauce» minus the pickle relish). I ordered a chocolate malt but almost took it back as it was more salty than the fries. I haven’t had the ice cream but in all likelihood I won’t. The new location next to Costco is a disorganized mess. I counted twelve teenagers behind the counter(way too many as half stood around with nothing to do) and not ONE came to the front to clean up dirty tables. Behind the counter was filth with food all over the floor and dirty food prep counters while the kids just stood around. My order took extra time due to the workers more interested in clowning around. Seems a shame considering this place is supposedly named after a hard-working WW2 vet and makes a big effort to put forth an image of hard work and hero status. In reality, it seems just a façade like Disney world. It reminds me of what happened to KFC after Colonel Sanders lost his chain to greedy investors.

Just visited the new location in Timnath. The steak burgers were very good as I’ve come to expect from this franchise. I was a little more than impressed with the staff at how helpful and friendly they were. It seemed they enjoyed working together. I recommend a visit for sure!

Wish I could give zero stars. After waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, half my order was wrong and overcooked.

Over cooked(burnt) thin patties with pickles and onions. This place just opened and you would think they paid attention to how the burger was cooked. Maybe the quality of the meat is so low that they have to overcook it to be able to serve it. They were very friendly but the food was not good.

Great addition to the fast food scene in Timnath! Brand spanking new with young, energetic staff. Fast, tastes good, priced right. Enjoy!
