I recently went with a party of 5 for lunch. One of the meals did not come out. We waited and waited and waited. After asking our server where the 5th meal was, she said it would be right out. We asked again a few minutes later and were again told it would be right out. We asked again a few minutes later and were again told it would be right out. We finally asked to see the manager. He came to our table and told us the meal went to another table. HELIED. The order obviously never went in. The meal finally came and we took it home in a box because we had all shared our lunch with the 5th unfed person. The manager should have just told us the order never went in instead of lying to us like a sissy. Buh Bye.

Went for lunch today. very busy. Ordered salad and pizza of the day. Well it should have been named pizza of YESTERDAY. Crust was old, flat and not very good. Service was ok. but I should have gone elsewhere.

Upon walking in and sitting in the bar area I was told that appetizers were ½ price so I got an appetizer platter to eat there and ordered a small veggie pizza and some buffalo wings to go; the appetizer platter was anything but appetizing as the bartender screwed up and I found myself eating out of a box at the bar(not the best look) the mountain dew was flat and upon the bartender being VERYRUDE I mentioned it to the manager(she did comp my meal) however, I wanted good food and good service and was more than willing to pay for both; leaving with my takeout items for my son and brother(my sons buffalo wings were great) my brothers pizza could have used a little TLC as it was hard and burnt to a crisp; will not be returning(the UNO’s in Concord by pet smart is delish as I have eaten at that establishment many, many times ! This UNOS customer service and food need a few more hands and happy faces to make it great !

This place is absolutely hit or miss. We have had some good food and service, but mostly the meal and the service are terrible. Went last night and everything was awful. Will never go to this Unos again. They are not all like this. Concord Unos is very good.

It’s a corporate pizza place, the food is always very good. Very high in calories, one meal will be around 2,500 calories! And the pizza is over priced, but very delicious. I’ve been going for years. If you’re in the mood for pizza, go here.

Went today for lunch and left hungry. The server came over and while she was nice, did not give us a polite greeting and simply asked if we were ready. We weren’t because we had sat less than a minute before, so we ordered a couple of waters and asked for more time. When she came back we ordered drinks and the nachos appetizer. When she returned with the drinks, we ordered our entrees. 10 minutes into sitting, everything was done and ordered. Our nachos came out, without guacamole, which I had asked for and I knew we were paying extra for. It took her 5 – 7 minutes to remember. The nachos were okay, But left something to be desired. Then we sat… And sat… And sat… They now have these cool little«ziosk» things where you can pay your bill and order dessert. I looked at our bill and noticed that our entrees weren’t there, so I hit the call server button. A little red button lights up and someone is supposed to come over and help. Well, everyone looked at it, but no one came over. Finally, our server came over and admitted to forgetting to put our meals in, but that she just had. We informed her that we didn’t want to wait, because we had been waiting close to an hour. The meals were(obviously) were taken off the bill, but that was it. The manager never really apologized just said«she would look into what happened». I was going to tell her the server fessed up to forgetting, but she just walked by the table and never stopped. Overall, I went shopping hungry.

Ok… let’s get this out of the way first… I absolutely hate this style of so called«pizza»…in fact, I am a native of Chicago, and I can assure you no one residing in the city limits eats this heavy handed, greasy, doughy yuck. Only people who do are tourists and suburbanites who venture into city once a year or so. The only reason I ventured in to the Tilton location was to grab a beer at the bar while wife shopped at the outlet. HOWEVER…upon perusing the menu, noticed a lobster and shrimp scampi dish served over angel hair… which is definitely NOT on offer in the Windy City. Decided… why not give it a shot? Great decision! It was utterly delicious… lots of big chunks of fresh lobster meat, plump shrimp in a flavorful garlic butter sauce. I was shocked at the quality of this dish given my disdain for UNOs. I’m telling you, it was as good a meal as I’ve had in quite some time… totally unexpected treat… I wonder if they have this at the South Portland location?

Went for lunch the other day, though I would give myself a reprieve from the normal fast food. Pizza was served luke warm, the inattentive wait staff never came back to check. Disappointing, would have been better off at the fast food place down the street.

Service here has been so very slow the last 4 times. Food is always just okay. Drinks are good. Should be better for the price. I know it gets busy on friday nights but the last 3 times were middle of the week nights and it was just as slow. But it’s one of the reasons I rarely go to Pizza Uno in Titlon, NH. The gluten free menu is pretty good though. I am now editing my review because I want to expand upon it. I got the steak and shrimp gluten-free with roasted vegetables. I highly recommend it. For a chain restaurant, it was very good! I kind of wished they had a little more on this menu though, then I might visit more often. Still, I know its hard to cater to everyone’s needs/wants that way. I do not have a gluten allergy, but I don’t eat it for other reasons. Still, the manager came out to let us know that the steak had come in contact with gluten and they were refiring one for me… I took the one that was done instead. Still, that was cool.

Being a Chicago ex-pat, and with my wife having a craving for deep dish, i thought i was just in for another let-down. However, the chicago classic was excellent and was a near close replica of the real thing. Enjoyable pizza, although they’re a bit on the small side.

Went here for dinner with my girlfriend tonight because neither of us had been to an UNOs in a long time. We were sat immediately and our server immediately showed up and took a drink order. Our servers were extremely nice, and tended to us as quickly as possible at all times. Our appetizer came quickly and was delicious, we ordered the grilled Parmesan sticks. I ordered a steak cooked medium which was perfect, and better than average for an $ 11 price point(although I still think Chilis takes the cake for best steak among the chains). One major negative that should be addressed was that the dish for my appetizer was spotty and the glass for my hard cider very murky and cloudy. I have worked in the restaurant industry for eight years now, so a cloudy glass doesn’t really bother me personally, but I think most people would have said something. Overall a very nice dinner out, it is hard to beat the atmosphere in the lounge at UNOs around here.

I was visiting the area of Sanbornton, NH this past week and decided to give this Uno Chicago Grill a try after shopping at the Tanger Outlets. To note, it was a Tuesday night and the restaurant itself had only about 3 tables filled and was really quiet inside. The hostess greeted us upon walking in and led us to a clean table. Our orders were taken within minutes and seemed to go smooth. My 6 year old daughter got the«make your own» pizza where they will bring the pizza with tomato sauce and shredded cheese for her to «make it herself» in which they take later on to bake. That took quite some time later… My wife’s french onion soup was disappointing. Usually in most places we have ordered it including other Uno locations, the cheese was always melted over the top of the bowl that over hanged off the sides nicely. Under that was a layer of bread and finally was the onion soup broth supporting everything. What she got was a mixed up soup with the cheese as a glob in the center of which was somewhat submerged in the broth. Its taste was just as disappointing as it appearance. I got the BBQBURGERWITHBACON&CHEDDAR. The bread from the roll was greasy and seemed skimpy. I noticed a cut in the bun size from the last time I was at an Uno’s which was about 1 year ago at another location. The french fries had an overused oil smell when it arrived. «When was the last time the kitchen changed their oil»? I thought. They were not golden and crunchy but the fries flexed when bending them. We ordered the ROASTEDEGGPLANT, SPINACH&FETA thin crust pizza whole pie. The pie we ordered originally never made it out in time. Another waitress came over to apologize and gave us the same pizza but a half a pie and let us know that there was an error in the kitchen and that this half a pie is on the house. No charge. She was pleasant and made sure the correct pizza came out asap. The pizza had an overabundance of basil and the crust was not crispy. It was gummy and had no crisp to it. At that point we were already getting full and knew that when we got the pie we would take it home instead. Big disappointment. We didn’t even make a «stink» with the manager of this place because we just wanted to leave and call it a day. The spotlight of this experience was the waitress that brought our error order out and brought our original order out. she was apologetic, pleasant and was sympathetic to the situation. But unfortunately that was not enough for me to give this place somewhat of a satisfactory rating.

Worst service and meal I have had in a long time. Ordered salads and nachos. One salad was not delivered with our meal, it took them 20 minutes to bring it to our table so we watched our friend eat since we had finished our meal. Refills on ice tea were hard to come by since our waitress was too busy for us. The nachos were awful… stale chips, the chili I thought was non-existent but realized it was just so watered down and with minimal ground beef and beans that I thought they had just accidentally spilled dishwater on my nachos. Awful!!!
