Where I had my first Mexican food experience. It was great. Looking forward to stopping by soon.

Raining and cold but that didn’t affect the food. Four tacos, 3 beef and a chicken. Small tortillas but packed with flavor. Skipped the sides and didn’t regret it. Didn’t look quite like the photos so almost missed it. Parking lot needs some work but the drive thru made up for it.

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants I’ve ever visited. Love the carnitas on the burrito Linda and the salsas are all amazing. I always combine their habanero sauce with the avocado crema. Perfection.

Fast and great! Shredded chicken was excellently seasoned and hot sauce bar was fun too.

What can I say? Worthy of the hype of the previous 110 or so 5 star reviews. This is some seriously good Mexican food. While it is a «food cart» they have a new freestanding building with a fully enclosed restaurant style, warm dining room.

This place was delicious and the perfect stop for lunch between Portland and the coast.

The tacos are delicious! $ 1.50 each and in addition to the more usual suspects of pollo, carnitas and asada they also have lengua(beef tongue) and buche(pork stomach). If you want something veg then try the veggie burrito. They have a number of salsas that you can pick from and use there. They also sell small containers of salsa to go for 50 cents. I liked their red salsa so much that I asked if I could buy a larger container. I was told«yes» if I have my own container for it as they didn’t have any. Fortunately I had something that worked and now I have a big jar of their great salsa in my fridge.

Mexican food on the coast? Sounds questionable. But, this place was amazing! We ordered 4 different dinners and everyone was extremely satisfied. What a gem on the coast! This is better than any Mexican place I’ve found in Portland, and on par with my Bay Area Mexican food experiences.

Amazing food! I stop here every time I am in town, which is quite frequently. Friendly staff and the wait is never too long to get my food. It’s no wonder this place is so popular, everything is awesome!

Who’da thunk that there was such awesome Mexican food in a coastal town known for its cheese?! You can’t go wrong with the $ 1.50 tacos, especially the lengua(beef tongue) and carnitas(pork) — juicy and flavourful. 3 – 4 of these would make a good meal. Quite a few salsas available for use at the truck(or they’ll pack some up to go for you too). There are a bunch of picnic tables out front, and I was surprised to see that you can even use the backside of the food truck as a drive-thru and pick up your food to go! If I lived in Tillamook I’d probably come here every day!

Fantastic food truck mexican food. Not cheap — each thing we ordered was about $ 10. But worth it. We ordered 2 Linda Burritos with pork carnitas filling, and they were excellent — great portions of meat inside, excellen flour tortilla. Tostada salad was really good with chicken, although on the the small side given the price. Chicken quesadilla was really good and loaded with meat. Drinks were canned/bottled — mexican coke, pepsi products, some mexican fruit drinks. No fresh chips — you buy bags of chips if you want them(regional brands, like guac chips). Salsa offered is traditional style –more watery, in a squeeze bottle.(But most dishes come with a side of awesome, spicy pico de gallo.). You — obviously — sit outside, under a covered car port thing. It’s windy, so napkins tend to blow around(you’re on a main drag highway, running through town), so this isn’t a quiet location. The cook/order taker was nice and food was delivered quickly. Quite a line formed by the time we sat down(11:45am). Popular place. Overall, I’d rank it in the top 10% of all mexican food I’ve eaten. Extremely good.

We ordered the chicken enchiladas. Fresh and tasty. Everything is clean and the outdoor picnic dining area is great. Would have never thought to stop here until we saw the reviews.

Good, Good, Good! For me the only disappointment was the chicken. It was the shredded style and pretty wet. I’d recommend the carnitas. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked exactly like you’d want at a taco stand. The sauces and salsas were great! It’s always unsettling pulling up to a taco truck you don’t have experience with but don’t let this stop you here. It’s WELL worth the stop off the 101.

Was surprised about just how good it was. We were looking for a meal before going to the De Garde brewing, and stopped at this unassuming food truck. Boy was the food a surprise. If you’re in Tillamook and hungry, go here! Try the Asada(steak) or Lengua(beef tongue). The Meat is so tender and moist, you’ll keep coming back just to confirm that your memories live up to reality. :)

Yup! Just like they all say. Its awesome. My favorite taco was with carnitas. Meat selections also include tongue, stomach, asada, shredded beef, chicken. Plates are served with avacado, sour cream, lime, pico de gallo, lettuce, and a slice of tomato. Just beautiful taste and presentation. 5 salsas to choose from. Drive up available. The only thing they didn’t have… fresh chips… they do have some bagged selections though.

Really awesome Mexican food!!! Don’t let a taco truck/cart fool you! My husband and I are so glad we stopped by here a while ago on our way to the cheese factory! We didn’t want to have burgers there and decided to give this place a try– Ofcourse we read Unilocal reviews before deciding to try this food truck. They do have vegetarian options and their tacos are to die for!!! Really good flavor and they add fresh avacado slice to each taco! Plus their complimentary salsas– oh so delicious!

All I can say is, WOW! I can’t think of a place that is so deserving of a 5 star review. I’ve eaten here roughly ten times over the past few years, and it has yet to disappoint. Their tacos and horchata, are the best in the PNW. The fact that it’s in Tillamook and an unassuming food truck on the side of the road, should not deter you. In fact, it should motivate you to try them out… it’s well worth it! I may even venture to say that it’s worth driving 5 hours just to enjoy their food, because there’s no taco truck(or Mexican food) that compares in Seattle.
