Came thru the drive thru, ordered 3 mcdoubles with 2 ranches and when I got home, NORANCH. Really McDonald’s, you got me paying an arm and leg for these damn sauces and then you forget the sauce! I called and complained and she said she can write my name down and get it in the morning? I asked if she could set it outside and I’d swing by because they closed, but NO. Even tho Ya boi paid for it. Weak McDonald’s. Gonna go to Burger King across the street from now on

We stopped in with our wrestling team. The manager did not perform well under the pressure, snapping at the grill cooks and cashiers in an unprofessional manner. After the team ordered, the cashier tried to give me the standard comp meal and the manager denied it. Stating«if you don’t call ahead 2 hours in advance we don’t do it. I can’t help you(sneer)…sorry. It’s been our policy for two years. » Really? That’s the last time we’ll stop here. Good customer service is so easy to provide. Too bad he doesn’t know this. I understand this is a McDonald’s and working fast food is not fun but the lack of customer service is insane in the drive thru. I have been through there atleast 3 times in the last month and my order is never correct. If you want a crispy chicken sandwhich you better go in the store I have ordered one twice and both times they give me a grilled sandwhich. Today I asked for a cup of ice water instead of a soda but instead of charging me for a soda and filling the cup with water they chose to charge me extra for a bottle of water! With the few drive thru choices we have in town you would think they would care about accuracy and customer happiness but nope guess not.

I’ve been through a lot of McDonalds drive-thrus. Today, I drove through the one in Tillamook, Oregon. And I was delighted to be met with a cheerful voice and big smile at the pickup window. When a fast food employee projects a sincere desire to please a customer, I really think they should be recognized. So, I’m recognizing Annette at the Tillamook, OR, McDonalds as someone who brightened my day! Thanks, Annette!(9÷4÷13 at Store 12202, according to my receipt.)

It’s a McDonald’s so don’t expect much… the people are ok which is allways good… I go strictly for their value menu, which these days is becoming less and less valuable… but it’s Tillamook, not Las Vegas so fast food options are limited unfortunately… the restroom and dining facilities are usually kept up pretty well… I’ll continue to come here, at least until I get food poisoning…
