The bathroom and towels are clean, almost pristine. Though outdated, it was in good condition. I could not say the same, with the same amount of confidence, about the room. I don’t mind the small, old TV, we’re supposed to be here to rest anyway. But having blankets and carpet that are in better condition would go a long way in removing any doubts about the room’s sanitary condition. Let me assure you, the sheets were crisp and clean and none of us got any bites or rashes or even an allergic reaction to anything. It’s just that the old carpet, blanket and hallway give off this old smell. Can’t complain about the price. It is pretty low. After the AAA discount, the room was less than $ 85 for sure. The manager was very very helpful too. And super nice!

Disappointed; feel my $ 86 queen single was overpriced for a smelly room with no a/c and NO fridge-microwave-coffeemaker. Also beware overcharge at check-in, had to request credit to match quoted rate(clerk did refund promptly when asked) Will avoid in future.

From July 2013: Clean. Mgr is friendly. Room spacious. Retro décor. Dated, but who cares? Door lock difficult to operate. Front window didn’t lock at all, so he went out & got a stick to secure it(until he could schedule maintenance tomorrow). Road noise out the front side is a bit much. Heed only if that sort of thing hinders you. Cars shutting doors in parking lot very audible. TV works!

We were looking for a last minute room to crash and I must say we were very pleased with this Inn. It was midnight and the owner was pretty nice to stay up and accommodate us. We were a group of 10 and booked 3 rooms last minute. For a rate of $ 75 over the long weekend I must say this was exactly what we were looking for. The room was very clean. The towels in the bathroom and bed linen was clean and fresh. I must say I was pretty impressed for a motel. I’ve previously had such bad experiences with motels like Super 8 that this was a pleasant relief. As far as bathroom amenities goes, don’t remember seeing much(we were carrying our own so it didn’t matter) but Clean towels is what I care for and thats exactly what we got! I’m not too sure about the TV channels and WIFI since I didn’t get the time to check them out. The breakfast was minimal, Coffee, Packaged cut fruits and packaged Danish Pastry(the costco style) Finally I’d say if you are looking for a lats minute place to crash for the night this is it! It definitely does not have the fancies of a typical hotel, but it serves the purpose of a good night sleep!

First off, this place was way overpriced for the experience; however, apparently Tillamook counts as the coast so it’s more about location. Still, I think $ 130 for a room(with the AAA discount) was a little much and we even stayed in one of the«suites». I actually would have preferred a regular room as the«suite» is just an apartment/extended stay room. The kitchen was clean, but it was so outdated and small I wouldn’t have been happy cooking in it. As overnighters it was oddly stocked. There weren’t any glasses(only small mugs) and no disposable cups. Also, there wasn’t an ice bucket. The TVs are tiny, but watchable. And the bed we slept in was so soft I initially wondered if it was a water bed. Additionally, the pillows are also incredibly soft, but not in a good way — all of the filing moves away from the weight so that you end up with nothing under your head. You can also hear everything going on outside your room, so I would recommend bringing ear plugs as the bar across the street can be loud. My last complaint is that the«continental breakfast» is coffee and a few wrapped(old) danish-type things. Seriously abysmal. It was so bad, that when I asked the front desk attendant where it was he pointed at it and said we probably wanted to go somewhere else. Overall, probably on the cheaper side for the area, but still not worth it unless you absolutely cannot afford anything else.

The owner was nice enough to let us check in even though we arrived closed to midnight. It’s not the best lodging in town, but unless you want to be raped for some cute B&B on the coast, and as long as you are ok with the fact that there are no amenities except for a small bottle of shampoo and two little bars of soap and rough thin towels, then this is the place for you to catch some quick shut eye on a road trip down the coast! LOL. Positive report — NOBEDBUGS. yay!
