PDX Maids

So much for tech. PDX Maids has all tech but Was a No Show! Confirmed cleaning 4 times via their app and still a no show. PDX Maids App says please allow an hour leeway for traffic. Which we do have in Portland, Or., so I get that. It has now been 90 minutes. I called, spoke to a rep, she promised a return call and still no call. Why is it so difficult to be held accountable and show up? I would have been penalized a $ 75 fee if I cancelled within 12 hours. Do they now pay me $ 75.00 for not showing up? I typically clean my own home but due to a surgery, I can’t and thus hired a cleaning service. It is an important week/​weekend to have the home cleaned and wishing I had contacted a more reliable and reputable service. Had to call back again and the 8:30 — 10:30 cleaning slot is her the words of the owner are «a two-​hour arrival time». Are they Comcast/​Xfinity? I have to wait for them for two hours before they even start cleaning? In the past, I’ve hired cleaning services, they showed up at the agreed upon time and cleaned… not two hours later and then started to clean.

Very professional. Showed up on time. I booked a move out clean for a 1-​bedroom and the place was spotless:) — it was a great purchase and well Worth every dime making my out of state move that much more smooth:) — I’d recommend them to anyone!

I tried PDX maids out for the first time and I will continue to use them every time! The service was fast and they showed up on time! My house looks awesome! I definitely got my money’s worth! Can’t complain!
