I thought I might have bed bugs after staying in an infested room when traveling. Marty was able to schedule an inspection for the day after I emailed him! Marty and Maggie were incredibly nice, and within 15 minutes had inspected my room and the rest of the house and confirmed that I didn’t have any bed bugs. It was absolutely worth hiring Maggie the wonder dog to get some peace of mind!

I had an experience with a neighbor who had bed bugs. It was a very frightening experience to say the least. I have pets and small children and was very worried about our safety after hearing horror stories about bed bugs and looking them up online. I had been calling around getting bids as many companies that would come inspect.
As you know, when you hear about any biting creature, your skin starts to crawl and you automatically itch. The other companies were booking their bid dates weeks out.
I called Marty to come and inspect and treat if necessary. He informed me that he doesn’t do the treatments, so he was sorry he couldn’t help. He gave me recommendations of companies he had worked with that were reliable and safe. He sat on the phone with me telling me about bed bugs, their habits, and answered the million questions I had for 45 minutes. Knowing that he wasn’t going to be hired by me, he still wanted to help me and calm my distress. He gave me tips and pointers to keep bed bugs out of my house.
I’m sure you are all dying to hear my results. Well, Marty has to be one of the most honest, reliable, professional people that I have ever met! He did come to my house and gave me an inspection. His dog is 95% accurate, where the other companies just use visual inspections that can only see about 10%. My house came up completely bug free after his inspection. My neighbors however, were not so lucky. Thank you Marty for renewing my faith in integrity in the service industry!
Let’s just say, I won’t be attending our neighborhood potluck this year! (Maybe my family will invite Marty and his family over! — they for sure wouldn’t bring any tiny friends that bite)
