Cara is extremely knowledgable; she doesn’t just give her clients a few of the«usual» exercises that I see a lot of personal trainers rely on. As a Sports Injury Physician, I send my patients to Cara for personal training, because I know she will give them exercises to not only reach their fitness goals, but also to keep their risk of injury to a minimum. Her personality, her knowledge, and her overall caring for her clients is the reason why I highly recommend Cara.

Cara knows her stuff! I often ask Cara about specific exercises for certain situations. Recently, I wanted to know about strengthening exercises for golf– not having played in a long time, I wanted to make sure I was prepared. I was so pleased to find Cara. With a lower back in jury, and months on the sofa. PT helped me but I was uncomfortable going to the gym on my own for fear of re injuring myself. Cara’s medical training gave me assurance I was in great hands. She helped me to regain lost form, alleviate pain, and get me moving again. It just what I needed to get back in shape and back to life. I now am often the example in Pilate’s for great form.(Thank you Cara) Also, work out are never the same! She has a never ending bag of tricks to keep you on your toes and make each session totally different from the last. She was by my side the entire time and had modifications to help my back and hips regain strength, flexibility, and form. She is AWESOME!!!

I’ve worked out with Cara a few times. I consider myself to be in pretty good shape, but she’s kicked my butt every time. Her focus on core work is extremely useful, since it is so easy to neglect when I’m working out by myself. She doesn’t let you off easy, that’s for sure!
