Hm, well… the word«skeevy» comes to mind. I stayed in a worse hotel once. To be fair, the linens were clean… I think… just old and yellowed. I didn’t want to look too closely. There was a hole in the bedcover. The towels were tiny and threadbare. The room was cramped, the«furniture» was painted plywood attached to the wall. The room was quiet though, the water was hot, and the staff friendly enough. Could have been worse. What do you expect for $ 59?

If you are looking for a $ 55 place to sleep, with cereal and coffee for breakfast, there is absolutely no reason to avoid this hotel. We called at 9:30pm for a midnight arrival and they had a room for us for $ 54.99. It was clean and quiet, but no frills. Breakfast is basic, but you’ve been told, so… enjoy. There will be dogs in this hotel, because pet friendly. There’s a small outdoor pool and a seemingly nice fitness center. Didn’t use either of those, but they looked fine. If I was passing through town again, I would stay again.

I stayed here based on the positive reviews, boy was that a big mistake. I rated it a one star because I couldn’t rate it a no star. This was the worst place that I ever stayed in, you could smell the smoke even know they had smoke free rooms. The sheets were yellow, the rooms were her tiny. My skin started to itch as soon as I get there. Never again. What a waste of money.

For the low price of $ 68 we had an amazing nights rest. I was nervous with that price point but this place exceeded my expectations. Super clean lobby and rooms, comfy beds with cushioned mattress cover, great pressure from shower(at night, morning wasn’t as strong likely due to more people using the water supply) the location is just off the exit next to all the pricier hotels. I felt like I stayed at the best kept secret(for the price). I will definitely check out more microtels as well as this one if I’m in the area again! Only negatives(and I can’t really say they effected me) the hallway to room had an older smell(though room didn’t smell at all) and the free breakfast was just OK. Looking for a cheap stay at a safe, clean hotel, this is it.

This place was beyond nasty. First off they allow dogs to stay… I’m not against people that travel with pets but I think that hotels should treat for fleas!!! Yes there were fleas jumping. Dirt ring around the tub. Walls nasty. Mattress yellow. Towels dingy with stains. There was a mirror that went up the whole wall behind the bed. Hand prints on it and I don’t believe a child did these. Will never stay at a Microtel again. Thank goodness I had my own blanket which I wrapped myself up in because I was afraid of what was lurking around. Would have gone some place else but everything else had no vacancy. This place not even worthy of 1 star but that is the lowest rating possible. Unilocal should change that policy.

This property is fine for what it charges. It is an older inside corridor property. As long as you don’t expect Hilton standards it’s OK. Room was clean, bed linens were excellent, TV worked and Front Desk was conversational. Biggest problem was finding it at this terribly overbuilt exit off I-75.

Now I know why they call it Microtel! These rooms are friggin’ tiny! The spartan room with no furniture other than the bed and small desk chair served its purpose at 2am, a place to crash. Coffee in the room was horrible. I called the front desk to have an ironing board brought up, since there was none in the room, and the clerk was surprised that I needed an iron as well. The breakfast was a sad attempt at «continental». I did like that the room was so small it made my package look bigger.

Price was right, the guy at the desk was friendly and helpful. He did charge us $ 10 more for a 2nd bed, over the AD price. The breakfast was weak

We got what we pay for. Everything was clean we stop at 3 am and we had a nice sleep and pay 54 dollars for our room, that was perfect for my gf and i. I would recommend it for a short stay. Staff friendly.

Gotta be the dumpiest place I’ve stayed in my life. We stayed here on Tuesday night — found it online, had decent reviews and looked newer. It wasnt. The room’s carpet was worn, there was paint on the floor from where they had repainted the walls. The towels were yellow as were the sheets, the bathroom was dirty. We’ve stayed at other Microtels and they have been nice. Could not believe it. I’m going to send a letter to the management and corporate. Very disappointed.

Staff were pleasant and responsive — check-in call received asking if all o.k. with the room. It was, nothing they can do about the out-dated décor. Place was o.k. for the purpose of a better stay than what else is around the neighborhood. It is in a great location with plenty of places to eat & shop. They need to upgrade amenities & décor my room needed some serious painting but the bed was comfy. I would stay here again but hopefully they will update the gym by then, it barely passes as gym equipment.
