I called at precisely 2:36pm on Tuesday to send for a cab but the man was rude and told me «Your phone is crap», then hung up in my face. Mind you, I am calling from a landline provided by AT&T not a cellular phone. I tried calling back because I really need a cab but he just continued picking up then hanging up in my face. Terrible customer service. I only said hello, I can only imagine what he’s saying to other customers who’s gotten farther. This guy is seriously hurting their business.
