Wow! We had to walk past the drive — thru cars to get to the entrance door! So that really isn’t very good architectural design in my view.
We stopped here for a break — to pick up something to drink while en route from Memphis to Orlando and when we walked in, saw that this store was slammed with lines of all the folks who, like us, had stopped for a break.
However all 6 of the registers were manned and so the line to purchase moved quickly but it was like a 10 – 15 min for the food to be ready. I got a large chips, large fruit cup and ice-​coffee and cost was under $ 10. The fruit cup was great — juicy blueberries! The fries were crisp and tasty too. The ice-​coffee with vanilla was decent but honestly the syrup had that fake vanilla taste, so would get it solo next time, or see if they could add some ice-​cream or something.
It really disappointed me to see that their Salt packet had ingredients with stuff other than salt. Seriously, what is up with that? Salt is a natural preservative and doesn’t need other things added! I stopped eating their ketchup as it contains high-​fructose corn syrup, and now I have to avoid the salt too!??
Service was very nice and friendly but it was hard finding a table because the store was so busy. Another con was that the ladies only had 4 stalls, so be prepared to wait.
I will probably return just because of the convenience.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had a chic fil a, it started with an unorganized mess of a line. The bathroom was horrible not stocked and a mess, a huge surprise and not the normal. The employees were stand offish and helpful. The one bright spot is the food was good and as expected.

This store, as well with most, has superb customer service and serves a quality product. The crew members are always smiling and responding with «My Pleasure.» Other places of business need to copy this business model. Always service with a smile.

Chickfila ALWAYS gets 5 stars with me unless they had horrible service. Its my favorite fast food place. LOVE IT!

This is my first bad review I have ever posted. We attempted to make a quick stop on our road trip. Walked into the dirtiest Chik Fil A ever! The credit card swiper was so dirty I couldn’t see the screen to approve my purchase. Had to clean it off with an alcohol wipe. Thank goodness for Wet Ones! I slid on the greasy floor twice while waiting for my name to be called. The bathroom floor was in need of a decent mopping. It is understandable that this location was busier than usual with holiday traffic, but the tidiest spot in the restaurant should not have been the stack of mayo packets. Having said all this, Chik Fil A will be one of my favorite fast food chains. This location needs a thorough cleaning

Cross-​country trek and stopped in for the classic meal on the go. Can’t go wrong with old, reliable and delicious Chick-​fil-​a! This place is clean & the staff is friendly (per usual). It just off the highway and even though it’s packed, it’s quicker than other stops and better than a gas-​station hotdog

Food was excellent, customer service great! I don’t fault them for the lady letting her dog use it in front of me while I ate.

Come one, come all! See the only Chick-​fil-​A in the country that consistently gets orders wrong! Science has no answer! Prayers have gone unanswered! All we know is that once every few months when I stop there while trying to get through south Georgia as quickly as humanly possible, they manage to defy the very thing that makes Chick-​fil-​As stand out and set the bar when it comes to fast-​food decency. Wrong drinks, loose nuggets, surprise spicy chicken patties, even half-​frozen fries! They’ll surprise you every time. After several years of this, I keep swearing we’ll just get lunch and take a bathroom break at the fancy new McDonald’s a half mile farther down the road, but every time I think, «Surely they’ll get it right this time. They’re Chick-​fil-​A after all, right?» Nope.

Friendly staff, dinning room could have been cleaner at 4:30pm.

Good service as usual Chickfila’s. The chicken was over cooked and dry. This was for a chicken biscuit in the morning too.

This Chick-​fil-​A delivered the typical quality and customer service level that I expect from every location. We dashed through the drive-​through just a few minutes before breakfast was ending in late January. Thankfully, they still had everything that we wanted to order — chicken biscuits, cinnamon rolls, and hash browns. I checked the bag to make sure all of our food was there before jumping back on I-​75 northbound. However, I was frustrated to discover several miles away that we had not received utensils and was forced to eat my very sticky and gooey cinnamon rolls with my hands.

Good service. Nice people and a clean place. They have some of the best ads on the highway

The cleanliness of this Chick Fil A was embarrassing. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was paper products everywhere, dirty toilets, and filthy floors. The restaurant was pretty gross too. The floor needed to be mopped. There was a spill on the floor and a girl was mopping it up with a towel on a stick. There gets to a point where spot mopping just isn’t enough.

They actually have 2 girls outside in the parking lot to help the drive through line, which sped up the ordering process. One gives you a menu, and the other takes your order. Absolutely unbelievable (especially in the summer heat)!
Do I live that much of a sheltered life that I’ve never seen this before?

They have redeemed themselves on several occasions.

Looks like I’m not the only Atlanta Unilocaler to review this Chick-​fil-​A. It’s conveniently located off I-​75, making it an ideal stop for a meal while traveling to and from Florida. I stopped by here last night about an hour before the restaurant closed (10pm) and there was a full staff with a steady stream of customers.
Chick-​fil-​A Tifton is a full-​sized CFA complete with assorted seating (tables, booths, high-​tops), kids playground, and more. I noticed this CFA has a bit of a small town «community» feel to it with local newsletters and calendar of events for special dates such as family night. Of course, we experienced the same great service you find at almost every other CFA, which is what makes this franchise awesome.
I tried the new Chicken Tortilla Soup, which comes in two sizes (medium and large). I’m not a huge fan of soups, but this one wasn’t bad. We got the last one in stock. The soup is served in a disposable black bowl with clear snap-​on lid and a bag of tortilla strip chips. The soup itself was piping hot and quite hearty and chunky. The creamy and thick white broth was filled with plenty of beans (black, navy, and Great Northern), chunks of chicken breast, and veggies.
I also ordered my usual Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal. The chicken filet inside the sandwich looked very dark in color and tasted a bit old. Sandwich was OK. Waffle fries and sweet tea were good, consistent with the other CFAs.
The only reason I’m docking a star for this location is because it smelled like bleach/​cleaning supplies the entire time we were there. I understand they were preparing to close for the night, but the aroma was way too strong. It was very unappetizing. Also, the men’s restroom was pretty dirty, but I’ll save the details so I won’t gross anyone out.

It’s hard to be a fan of a place that’s so busy it ends up making a pit-​stop nearly an hour (instead of ½ hour or less). I figured we would be on the back end of the lunch rush, but it was still as busy as could be. That’s a good thing for the restaurant, not a good thing for someone who wants to get back on the road. Food was status quo for Chick-​Fil-​A, good, but nothing to write home about. Bathrooms were okay, but needed some attention.

One of my go to stops during road trips to Florida. Clean restaurants/​restrooms, quick lines inside and drive-​thru and friendly service. Standard Chick Fil-​A menu/​prices. Also… they have a large dining room and playground for the kiddos.
Overall…“Eat More Chicken” here!

If your going to Florida, or Valdosta as is the case with me most times, this CFA is a must stop.
It can be really packed, because this is the first real business area once you leave the speed trap known as Ashburn, GA
Clean bathrooms are a must when you are road tripping and this one is clean enough that you don’t even mind having to touch the toilet handle, sink or paper towel holder.
