Rhett D.‘s review (3÷16÷2014) review of Zohre Grothe and Karl Hoppe was spot-​on. I met Zohre after responding to a Craigslist townhouse rental posting. She instantly made me feel like a cherished family member and helped me acquire a lovely, well-​kept, and quiet townhouse in Tiburon. She has worked with landlord for several years and knew exactly what he was looking for in a tenant. She also helped expedite matters so that I could move in a timely manner without having to pay rent in two places at once. I appreciate her genuine warmth, great communication skills, professionalism, and fun personality. I will definitely seek her services again if I need another rental or to buy a place.

Zohre Grothe has quickly become one of my favorite people. She’s just a wonderful bright light. She led us to the perfect home for us. She facilitated a smooth, graceful transaction. She embodies old world charm and decorum, but with a modern awareness. She has depth and character. When we first met her, as much as we LOVED the flat, we were even more fascinated with her. Her business partner, Karl Hoppe, is also too good to be true. A dashing gentlemen with a wide range of knowledge and a delightful sense of humor. He could qualify as the Wes Anderson version of the World’s Most Interesting Man. I cannot recommend these two enough. The only reason I stop short from making this announcement from on top of Mt. Tam is that I want to keep them both for myself! We love Zohre and Karl Hoppe!
