Criswell Chevrolet of Thurmont

Normally I don’t enjoy dealing with car dealerships but this experience has far been the best. Our sales associate Jon Dagostino was knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. The Sales Manager and Finance Manager were very friendly and flexible. I would recommend Criswell of Thurmont to anyone looking for a vehicle. Even the other sales associates were pleasant and helpful.
I would definitely do business with them again.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I went in with NO intention of actually buying anything because I know my situation, and buying a car was going to take some work. They asked what I needed and I told them (while laughing) and I could not believe the level of customer service I received after that. They were very honest and ran a lot of scenarios with me and got me very close to where I wanted to be! I was shocked! I love my 2015 Chevy Sonic and am as happy as can be to put my old car behind me!

I have bought a lot of cars and by far this was the BEST buying experience ever !
My wife, ready to deliver our first child, needed a new car after an accident. I looked online and the Chevy Equinox at Criswell of Thurmont met all our needs.
We live about 60 miles from the dealership so I wanted to do as much ahead of time as we could.
Jesse Torreyson made this a breeze with an online credit application and emailing things.
Everything was perfect until my wife went into early labor. Not a problem though, he has his awesome finance manager call me to «go over the number» and then as a surprise, delivered the car to us at the hospital!
Talk about going the extra mile! The car was perfect, I was mildly afraid to buy a car sight unseen but I felt good about this car and sure enough it was awesome
In the past I have been to dealerships with people running around up and down to the sales tower, writing offers with a smiley face and all those high pressure tactics and refusing to do a deal over the phone and insisting on talking payments and not price.
This was not the case with Jesse and he didn’t have to whip out the famous «four square» to pressure me on a deal
Jesse earned customers for life. We will be loyal to these guys for sure !!!
