Closed in July, despite claiming to be opened during the holiday season. Careful closes at 4pm so don’t expect a fresh deli once you’re back from the park.

We had the turkey on wheat. They were excellent. With a pickle and macaroni salad. We went back two days later. They ladies behind the counter set us with a package to build or sandwiches in the park. Recommend everyone go here.

We loved closeby from 2002 – 2004. Our VERY favorite place was here. The Sandwhiches and potato salad are like nothing we’ve had since! The view is great and it’s always clean and friendly. I was just thinking about it and hoped it was still around. We are DELIGHTED it is!

Loved the sandwich, best food I have tasted while on vacation. The potato salad was also very tasty. The view of the river is amazing and during the day the birds are active and fun to watch. The over all satisfaction that I felt after eating and the relaxing atmosphere made it deserve this rating.

Absolutely the best sandwiches/soups/flowers/everything in Three Rivers. The staff is friendly, the prices are good, and if you’re lucky, you’ll even get to say hi to Anne, the jolly owner of the store who has never failed to be welcoming. Everything about this place is a delight! It’s a shame they don’t have as many reviews on here… Probably because the locals who come here weekly don’t even think about it. Warning: If you’re traveling east on HWY198(a.k.a. Sierra Drive), it’s easy to drive right by the store because it’s around a curve. KEEPYOUREYESOPEN — it’s the first building on the corner of a row of other shops. Anne has a big sign out there that says«Anne Lang’s Emporium» in yellow with green borders, with a big tree that hides the roof of the building behind the sign. Easy to pass by, but it’s also easy to turn around and come right back to it ;) There’s been some landscaping done in the front which looks very nice. Inside, it’s very cozy and you can even go out onto the deck to have a perfect view of the river while you eat! There are also hummingbird feeders out back there, which always have at least ten hummingbirds around them. Wish I lived closer, because I would be going here at least once a week. Prices are very reasonable, and one of my favorites is the soups served daily. They are ALWAYS fresh, and if you come in right when the store opens it smells wonderful because the soup is cooking on the stove. I don’t know how this place could get any better. Great for kids, great for big groups, and even great to stop by just to get sandwiches for a picnic. They even take phone orders! I could go on for days about how amazing Anne Lang’s Emporium is. Go here and support a business that has been here for over 35 years. You won’t be disappointed!

This mom-and-pop shop deserves more reviews and more business! When we discovered the only other nearby sandwich shop was closed on a holiday Monday, we were very happy to find this place open to fulfill our picnic needs for our trip to the Sequoia National Park. This is primarily a sandwich shop, but they happen to have their hands in several goodies from fresh flowers and gifts to coffee and tea to ice cream and snacks. I saw a sign that said they can even notarize something for ya! The lady who helped us was very friendly and warm. She seemed pleased to have our business and eager make us the best sandwiches she could. I have to say, the ingredients were all fresh and delicious. And the prices were very reasonable: $ 6 for a full-size«kids» sandwich and $ 8 for an adult-sized sub. Each sandwich came carefully wrapped and packed with a pickle and carrot. They also offer sides like fresh potato salad and chips. There are a few tables outside where you can eat and maybe even bring your dog. The discrete signage for this place makes it a bit easy to miss. Since you won’t likely have cell reception for you GPS phone, keep a close eye out for it the old-school way. Oh, and they have free open WiFi!

Best food I’ve eaten while visiting Sequoia. We went here twice to get sandwiches to bring with us on our drive through the park. We were at a gas station and a local recommended it. So glad we went. They also have some cute gifts and a huge tea and coffee selection.
