Love coming here!!! Service is always fantastic and environment is super friendly. Service has improved tremendously over the past few months. I highly recommend if you and a few friends are looking for a place to chill. Five stars :)

went in last night, I believe the girls name working was Taylor, she was running the whole place by herself constantly making sure everything was okay. She also changed our hookah out because we weren’t happy with the first one. She was also super nice & fun to talk to! :)

this place is by far one of the best. I’ve been to many places; in Ventura county, all over LA and in other states. they treat their regulars (which I have succumbed to coming here 4+ times a week) like family. most of the staff here are now some of my best friends. I had a birthday party here this year, and they treated me and my party of 15+ with nothing less than great service. Abdul, Derrek, Taylor & Noelle are amazing. thank you xhale for being the BEST hookah bar around & creating an atmosphere I’m proud to call my second home.

Was in the city for work and came to check it out. Really nice place. Hookah was awesome. A great costumer service. Recommended A++++++

Went here once and wasn’t really impressed. I’m really not much of a hookah person in general, but the service was very off-​putting, insincere, and honestly quite rude. I don’t really plan on coming back.
I think this place caters to a younger crowd. When I went about a year ago?, they did not serve alcohol. The hookah itself was alright, but this place definitely had an odd ambiance to it.

I love to hookah. The staff didn’t even greet us or tell us house special. The place is dirty with terrible ventilation. I tried it here 2 times and both times not good.

Really nice joint. Happy hour very worthwhile.

I frequent hookah lounges pretty often, and this one was very disappointing.
We went at 11pm on a Saturday night, when you would expect a place like this to be pretty busy, but it was dead. There was about 2 other tables with guests, but we just assumed this would mean quick service. Wrong. We were immediately sat with menus, but it took about 20 minutes for someone to wander over and take our order. The waitress never asked if we’ve been there before, or if we knew anything about smoking hookah, which I believe should be customary for this kind of thing. Oh well.
We went to order Tangeers Cane Mint, only to find out they don’t have it. According to the waitress, the menu is old and hasn’t been updated in awhile. So we ordered something else and a couple drinks. It took another 20 minutes for our hookah to arrive, the guy who packed them was apparently really busy being social with the other hosts.
The hookah tasted okay. You could tell the base and the hose were being reused without being cleaned.
We sat there for an entire hour, until midnight. No one ever came over to move or turn the coals, and they didn’t even leave tongs on the table for us to do it ourselves. We were never approached or asked if everything was tasting okay, or if we would like another drink. We honestly felt ignored, while the staff seemed to be very attentive and familiar with the people at the other two occupied tables. I guess you have to be friends with them in order to get any kind of service.
There were a couple other tables where people had previously sat. Used hookahs just sat there, tables left dirty, no one looked concerned with the cleanliness of anything.
It’s a shame, because it looks like a pretty nice place in a nice location. Even though the hookah was nothing to brag about, we may have returned if we had received better customer service. Since that was not the case, we will never return to this lounge again.

Chill atmosphere, great knowledgeable staff, wide selection of flavored and products. Always a good time to be had here. Would recommend it to anyone from novice person to experienced smoker.

Coming to LA this place is a staple.
I asked the waier to play country, being I’m from a small rural town. 2 minutes later I was listening to some Skynyrd and some ol Hank!!!
Not as busy last time either. Awesome. Will be back

Location is ideal since its next to a bar. Service is great and section is on point. Definitely worth visiting

Cool ambiance. Real chill. Excellent music choice but a little on the slow side for service. Cute bartenders is always a plus.

Abdul is epic. Been coming here several times but this guy makes it worth it. He was always checking in on us and made sure we were happy.

Tasty. Flavorful. Smooth smoke. I smoke everyday at home. Really liked this hooka. Didn’t meet Abdul but he seems epic.

I’ve been here a handful of times, let me just say: always a good time to be had! The service is always friendly and helpful and music selection is normally BA. Normally weekend nights can be busy, so if you like it more quiet/​mellow, maybe opt for a weekday. Flavor selection is extensive, and normally they have some personal concoctions that they’ve made up that are yummy. Only real con is there isn’t a big food option, so make sure you ate, or be prepared for the chip/​candy route. Other than that, it’s all gravy baby! :)

Great service excellent knowledge and a very comfortable atmosphere make this place great. the great place to chill after work bring a date relax and enjoy check it out!

I haven’t frequented many hookah bars, but Courtney F. found this place and we stopped in one weekend night. It’s super chill and nothing extravagant. A lot of couches, flat screen tvs showing different shows, some tables, and a big menu of hookah and also drinks and snacks. There were quite a few parties there and service wasn’t an issue.

Visited Xhale when I was in town visiting my parents. Loved how there were lots of tvs. They had a good flavor selection and the guys were really nice.
Plus they had ice cream. Will definitely be back.

Lounges I have reviewed. In the Conjeo valley there really isn’t a huge selection of lounges but what separates Xhale is the fact they have TVs and TVs with gaming consoles that you can play while you are smoking. I personally recommend using the fumo hookahs for a much smoother hit and a more enjoyable experience. They also have plenty of water bottles in stock which for me is a big plus while others may not care about something like this. Weekends get busy but week days you will have no problem sitting with a larger group.
