Very comfortable, very kind. Recently moved from East LA to this side of the world. I was missing my usual spots, but felt right at home in no time. I learned a ton too — Dillan was the one that helped me. He knows his stuff. I’m an old guy that got off cigarettes (30 days today!). I’ll be back.

Amazing service and very knowledgeable. Check out the house juices, especially cereal and 49 shades. I highly recommend this place!

Super welcoming group of guys, I came in and asked for a good nice warm vaping experience, not to much into the menthol kinda or into fruity stuff but the knew what they had and the knew what was good and hooked it up super quick, I will be going back there soon, very professional, but not cocky. Like I said very welcoming and I am sure they would love to answer any questions anyone has.

This place is awesome. You always feel welcome and they build relationships with their customers. They have great juice flavors of high quality at great prices. I would certainly recommend this shop to everyone. Check out the prices of their house juices. They are great flavors at half the price!

Five stars for customer service. Although their inventory was below standard, they have the best quality juice in town. Dillon did my first rebuild for me today and was friendly and very informative.

This place is the bee’s knees for anybody who is new to the world of Vaporizers. The staff is super helpful and really funny. Vapor Connection is THE PLACE TO GO if you want to be connected to vapor.

I went in on Saturday night to try out some new juice. I was very impressed with Dillon and Justice. They were both really helpful and friendly, also knew alot about what they were talking about. Thank you guys and I’ll be back in there soon

Most vape shops are friendly and pretty knowledgeable, but vapor connection exceeds even this. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in and all of the employees know my name which is very welcoming. Their juice selection is quite extensive and they really want to help you find the best flavors. In terms of builds, james is the best! He will make a build to fit your needs and style. Personally i love his parallel coils. And Jesse the owner stops by fairly often and is always very friendly and helped me find a new mod. Hes not just about profit, he wants you to be happy with what you get. Overall a great place and i recommend it to all of my friends.

Great flavors, fair prices, excellent staff and nice product selection! I recommend going in here if you get a moment. I made the mistake of going to tobacco hut in thousand oaks and had an awful experience. The staff is extremely helpful here

Great place to get your vape goodies!
My girlfriend and I have tried essentially every vape shop in the Ventura area. This one by FAR is the best. There are a few runner ups in Simi Valley but the Vapor Connection carries their juices as well.
My experience there… Awkward, funny, entertaining. I think all the guys and the occasional girl that works there are all really cool and have great customer service skills. I also appreciated the fact that they sold me what I wanted not another beginner kit or the most expensive mod in the shop. Also, most of them will remember you which is really cool.
Selection: They have really good flavors by the leading companies. Their mods are solid and they readily give advice on builds.
Overall, the best place to get your vape on!

We have been to most of the vapor shops in Ventura County and this is by far the best. The customer service is unmatched. All of the employees are super cool, personable, and treat returning patrons like royalty. They may be a little nutty, but it’s always a good time.
They have the best juice selection around. Also, they will truly sell you what you need rather than up sell you on something you don’t. I have stopped shopping around because Vapor Connection is the best vape shop. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

I give this place a full 5 stars. Absolutely awesome staff always willing to help. Extremely comfortable environment and the people who work there really know their stuff. They carry a lot of authentic atomizers and mods, not clones from what I have seen. So it can be a bit on the pricey side.
The cool part: They will throw a build on your atomizer for free and they have a guy who is damned good at building. He built me a stacked quad coil on a helios that vapes like a train. They also have a drillpress which comes in handy for drilling out devices when you want more airflow.
A ton of juices to try, they carry Five Pawns, and other high end juices. Awesome being able to sample everything and find out what you want to buy.
I bought a $ 40 innovape pyrex drip tip with a brass bottom and pyrex top mouthpiece. The pyrex separated form the brass base and the drip tip fell into two pieces. I called up the shop and they are replacing it for free as it was a manufacturer defect. Awesome service!

I was so happy to learn that there was a Vape shop in my town, that I was not expecting anything, but boy, what a pleasant surprise! The people at the counter are just awesome, cool and collected and very knowledgeable.
The bar has juices from both local mixers as well as known brands (just the good ones) and you can spend an hour just sampling from it until you find one you like. No pressure, just laid back people that are passionate about vaping.
On your first purchase you get a a reward card, and on the third visit I got a free bottle special!
You can’t go wrong, so pay them a visit and stock up. Yes, sure you can always buy online, but supporting a local business is great and spending time at the bar with other vaping enthusiasts you can’t get that experience online…

Just went to this location earlier today, and I had to write a review about it.
My experience at 805 Vapor was AMAZING (Hence the 5 star review). Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted and acknowledged of my presence. The guys that work here are not only knowledgeable, but also very patient. It was a bit busy, but they made me feel like they had all the time in the world for me. Prices are reasonable, and are far more affordable than the packs of Marlboro Reds I used to buy. They have a bunch of accessories and flavors to choose from, and they will be more than happy to give you their two cents about what they have to offer.
