These people are crooks. Their website advertises that they will arrive in 15 minutes and that their charges will be reasonable(like $ 50 for being locked out of your apt) when they actually take an hour and try to charge $ 250 or more. Their credit card fee is $ 12? Who carries $ 250 in cash? They are completely taking advantage of desperate people and I would suggest you do everything possible to avoid calling them.

They send a vendor out. The guy was somewhat on time. Pricing is a bit tricky though. They say to get me a new key to my car it starts at $ 120. At this point I am at $ 415 and he is not done yet??? Pricing aside what made me write this is how rude the guy was. Rude for no reason from the second he arrived. He just seemed passed about being here, maybe about life in general? I was nice to him so why being a jerk? He was on the phone with someone else so I never knew if he was talking to me or not. Just being a dick the entire time. Why?

This is a service that sends out a vendor. They were quick and got the job done but every few minutes the price went up and when I went to pay for the service I was told that I needed to pay a service fee as well. It wasn’t the fee that was so bad it was the fact that he kept saying it was my problem and why should he have to pay for me paying? Huh? Not the best experience!
