I have seen a few other estheticians, but I still consider myself a beginner when it comes to getting waxed. Suzanne made me feel at ease immediately. It’s clear that she is extremely knowledgeable and her dynamic personality in combination with that just add up to a fantastic experience overall. She is a total sweetheart! I highly recommend her!

I can’t say thank you enough to Suzanne. I am pregnant and started breaking out pretty bad. I tried just about everything you can think of over the counter. I heard about Suzanne and went to see her about a month ago. When I got to the little cottage is was adorable and welcoming. Suzanne greets you and actually talks to you and gets to know you before she starts your facial. Then it’s time to relax after you slip into your wrap around towel. She dips your hands into paraffin wax and it feels amazing! Then she gets started on the facial, which is gentle and thorough. Then when you think she is done, she give you a neck and shoulder massage! Oh man! When you are all finished she goes over her findings and makes suggestions. She doesn’t make you feel like you have to purchase the products she sells and uses you. Which I thought was pretty cool, she isn’t a sales person. She is an awesome gal who knows what she is doing and you can tell she enjoys her job. As I said, it’s been a month and I haven’t had one breakout since. Seeing her just once made a HUGE improvement on my skin. I honestly can’t thank her enough. I felt so embarrassed with my skin and she made it all better. I can’t wait to go back again!

Suzanne is phenomenal… She gives the best microdermabrasion treatments. I’m very impressed by her thoroughness and her uncanny ability to give the best results for my skin type. She made sure that I was comfortable from the moment I walked into the lobby and onto the table. It’s more like an experience when I get a treatment from her. I have sensitive combination skin so I highly recommend using her because Suzanne knows what she’s doing.

I saw Suzanne for waxing and will be returning for a spray tan. She not only made me feel really comfortable, but answered all my questions and did a great job. I am definitely recommending her to all my friends. This place is very cute, professional, and just makes you feel great about yourself.

I started seeing Suzanne for my Brazilian wax about 2 ½ years ago and even though I live in woodland hills and could probably find a place near my home, I WONT because of the awesome customer service and all around experience at The Cottage. Suzzane is great and very friendly. Even though it’s not an exciting process to go through I’m always excited to see her. They do everything… waxing, facials, body scrubs, massages, and most recently started doing spray tans! Love it!
