Taco Bell

Sometimes when I get off work (between 12am and 2am) I stop by to get some food before I go home. Not only do they fuck up my order every time but they charge me for things I don’t even get of my food. It’s obvious the open up one that have been sitting there and scrape off what I said I didn’t want. The food is always cold and tastes old and they never give me the extra things I ask for. I am always disappointed but hope they could just stop being so fucking lazy so I kept coming. The night crew needs to be fired. (And they always forget my drink). The day crew is badass and they’re the only reason this review even has 3 stars.

Don’t mind getting what I paid for. some lady calls herself a manger says they ran out of sour cream and tomatoes. Funny my #1 burrito supreme had it and my taco supreme did not. The fact is I did not get what I paid for!

This Taco Bell is as good as it gets! I usually go through the drive-​thru and they never really mess it up. The food is always pretty fresh and it’s always good. They’ve been there forever and it’s usually the same people which is a plus. Try their breakfast if you haven’t!

Ordered 2 tacos. git one. reordered second one no big deal. Had to ask Spanish server making food if the first one can be reheated. Instead of speaking English she has to ask her coworker if it could be reheated. It was like warm. By that time my lunch was almost over.
Bathrooms were disgustingnever coming back. parking is a mess and personally I thought speaking in Spanish to coworker was VERY unprofessional.

We ordered a steak quesarito and they gave us a beef one.
Their drive thru-​menu says $ 3.39 for steak quesarito but their price on the receipt was $ 3.49.
FAIL.

Its taco bell, it was as good as taco bell gets, service was pretty great actually and the food came out quickly. We got take-​out and when we got home it was still just as good as if we had eaten it there.

I ate at one of your Taco Bells yesterday 9-​11-​2015 around 5:30pm.I got my drink and it was ice tea and I gaged. When they cleaned the ice tea can they didn’t rinse out the bleach that they cleaned it with. I mentioned it to the manager and he laughed. I asked me if I wanted an ice tea from the back. He told the new person Misty to get to get me one. The thing u thought was odd is that he did take the canister that had the bleach in the back to clean it up. So I picked it up and gave to Misty and told that she should clean it before putting it back or somebody is going to get sick and sue you guys. She asked the manager what to do and he said reluctantly to take it in the back and clean it. He seemed alittle pissed off that I did that? Anyways I thought you should know this. The Taco Bell I’m talking about is at Thousand Oaks and Rancho Rd in Thousand Oaks California.

Unilocal says open until 4am, it’s 1:49am now & we drove 12 minutes, got here and it’s closed. There’s a creepy man we see standing inside & we called. He answered & told us they closed at 1am. I told him Unilocal said open until 4am, he said «no». Lol, I’m the saddest person parked outside of Taco Bell right now. Dang it Unilocal & Taco Bell

I’ve eaten at this Taco Bell tons of times for lunch. I like how modern, clean and remodeled it looks. The interior has a very fresh and nice atmosphere. There is a drive through which is convenient and the staff inside have always been polite and nice to me. Food is as expected. Orders are generally correct. I had to take a star off for my visit yesterday afternoon though. My order of Capt ‘N Crunch Cinnabon Delights was remarkable in its lack of Capt ‘N Crunch cereal pieces. I watched the employee fry the delights and then shake off the extra oil. He added a few crumbs of cereal into a plastic bag and poured the hot fried treats in. I didn’t really even see him shake the bag, maybe just adjust it a little. My two delights had almost no cereal on them and were very disappointing. I felt like they were not at all what the advertisements had made me expect. I don’t think I’ll order that again, but I’d get a burrito here or a quesadilla no problem.

I highly suggest the Taco Bell establishment to teach employees on changing glover after every single customer.
I have seen this in every Taco Bell that employees do not change the gloves, only thing I liked in this location is that the employees are very very nice!

it’s a very surprised visit, first was having my car service nearby, their wifi was down, i went to nearby which is this location, stated has wifi service, i walked in with my laptop, great to offer wifi but forgot to think of power outlet? where do people plug in their devices? one of the service person on break pointed me to the ceiling, yup, it’s not reachable, i thought of order something sit down and conduct my routine stuff with my laptop, didn’t get to this far since there’s no outlet to plug in. it’s a strange design, perhaps add — in the power outlet after they review this.

I’m not so impressed. This store is nearby, so I’ve visited many times over the years. They are consistently slow, but I’m glad that now they have order takers who speak English.
I decided to try a new menu item, the Spicy Ranch Crispy Chicken Griller (CCG).
I’m not sure if this is a «trick the public» incident or an accident, but this is what happened.
The CCG is posted on the menu board at $ 1.49, but it displayed on the computer screen at $ 1.69. When I told the order taker, I got an argument back. I had to go to the window, where they asked for the computerized total. When I explained the difference, they accepted my «discount». I got no napkins in the bag and NO RECEIPT.

By the way, the CCG was delicious.

Clean restaurant, food is consistent, nice vibe & layout, plenty of places to sit, friendly staff & their drive thru is open late.

Very clean restaurant. Great remodel, plenty of seats and tables. Even the employees are extremely nice, Evangelina is a great cook!

Went here two days ago and only ordered four simple bean burritos. I get charged .40 for guac but they forget to put onions in all my burritos? And what’s funny is the employee in the drive thru tells me there is onions in the burrito and if I was good with that.
Haha. Joke’s on me. This taco needs better presentation of their food and needs to remember what goes in simple foods.

One of my favorite Taco Bells I’ve been to. Cool, friendly staff. XXL Nachos are pretty yummy. Tried both the chicken and steak and I’m a fan of the chicken as the steak doesn’t really taste like steak, but like a tofu textured style steak. Nothing beats the Doritos Locos Tacos IMO but everything I usually get there is pretty good. When it comes to my 4^th meal this is my place!

The only thing I like this place for is the nice people and service. I go here often and I’m starting to regret it. When you are only supposed to have 4 items in a bag when it’s completely slow, there’s obviously a competence problem here. Especially when it’s the most basic item they have, a taco that’s supposed to come with a combo. Not just that, my girlfriend got nachos, and they loaded them up with cheese… The chips were so stale that they were almost chewy. They tasted like they had been sitting out a week. Not much of a chance I’ll be coming here again.

I’m giving this 5 stars because it’s the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Taco Bell is a favorite food of mine and therefore I get it everywhere I go. I’ve probably been to more than 100 Taco Bells across the country from traveling alone, and I’ve lived in 2 other states for years, and none of them stack up to this particular location.
The service: This has been my «go-​to» taco bell for almost one year now, since I’ve lived here. They’ve NEVER got my order wrong! Not once. I’m used to the whole «check the bag» routine from every other TB I’ve been to because they’d always forget something, mix something up, etc… but not this place! My order is right 100 percent of the time!
The staff is SO nice, I swear no matter who is working they are so friendly and actually have some type of conversation with me while i’m waiting!
The food: This is key… never once have I got home and found my food cold. Or even warm. It’s always so hot and fresh! They don’t go light on the ingredients, either. I swear I’ve been to some Taco Bells where I order the nachos supreme, for example, and there is barely anything on it, or it consists of 70 percent beans (some will do the same with burritos, they always like to go heavy on the beans)! Not this place… they know what their customers like and prepare the food accordingly!

Taco bell is what it is, I know it is nothing fancy, just quick fast food, but I went today for lunch I picked up at least 7 different items for my co workers and myself… and there was a piece of hair in my taco… Good service but the cooks obviously need hair nets… I’m not so happy with this Taco Bell, I think I’ll try to find a better quality fast food place near by from now on.
