We are SO happy we found Cheyenne! She is wonderful! Professional, punctual, gentle with our dog, caring, and extremely down to earth. We know that our precious little guy Max is in excellent hands with Cheyenne. It is very easy to see Cheyenne’s love & dedication for animals just by chatting with her for a few minutes.
If you live in Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Oak Park or Agoura (and a couple of other areas; just check with Cheyenne), look no further! Shine On is the best! (and believe me, we have tried others in the past). So happy the search is over. Thanks Cheyenne!

From dirty old dog to fluffy new puppy. Cheyenne from Shine On Grooming worked her magic on my dog. I had concerns that his age, lack of mobility from arthritis, or his large size (100 lbs., long and tall) may have been a hinderance for her equipment; but it worked like a charm! My dog was so dirty & smelly when she came, he was yellow. After she left he was white and fluffy from head to toe. Speaking of, she clipped his nails too. She definitely earned a new regular customer. Even my neighbors stopped by to pick up a card.

I had my 3 lil shih tzu’s groomed today and they usually hate it but she did an amazing job and I & my dogs couldn’t be happier. She was fast, friendly & you could tell she was a true animal lover. I will never go to another groomers again. I highly recommend you try her. It’s all done at the convenience of your home and no more dogs stressing out or siting in cages for ½ the day,

Wow! What a great experience. She came washed the dog they had a great time. She did a great job with the grooming way better then petsmart has ever done and she was done in and hour and half. She is very affordable same price as petsmart and cheaper then specialty dog grooming shops. Definitely give her a call.

Cheyenne came out in her clean, fully equip trailer to groom our 14−½ year old furry kid Spanky. Spanky was not happy about getting wet and Cheyenne was as gentle and patient as can be. He looks fantastic! This was our first time using a mobile groomer. Spanky travels in the car only when he has to. Thank goodness for Cheyenne he doesn’t have to travel for grooming anymore.
Oh and she even trimmed our other furry kid Ginger’s nails. No small feet as Ginger HATES getting her nails done. Usually she needs the drumell but Cheyenne was able to get her to allow the clippers :-).
I highly recommend Cheyenne and Shine On mobile grooming!

Cheyenne has groomed our schnauzer several times and every time we’ve been totally satisfied. She is careful to always use hypoallergenic products since our dog has a history of bad skin reactions. He also tends to be pretty nervous with strange sounds and new environment. Cheyenne is very patient and gentle with animals so he actually enjoys the grooming! Thanks Cheyenne!
