This is a smaller See’s Candies shop located at the Promenade in Westlake Village. It is conveniently located if you don’t want to drive all the way to the Oaks Mall.
It is very clean and well kept. The employees are very helpful. I came in here late in the morning a few days before Valentine’s Day and it was not crowded at all. They had a large selection of the seasonal Valentine’s items and they were very well stocked. The candy was delicious as always. I love how they give out free samples of whatever you would like to try.
This is a tiny shop so I imagine that it will get pretty busy during peak holiday times. Parking is plentiful. A great option if you do not want to go to the mall.

Yummy candy and great service! I left my phone there and realized I forgot it at 815, right after they closed. Needless to say, I called my phone and Michelle, the worker who helped us out, picked up and said we could get it before 9 pm! We came to pick it up and she gave us some extra chocolates just because! I never leave Unilocal reviews but that was super sweet (pun intended) of her even after we put that burden on her of leaving my phone there after closing hours! Very helpful and friendly!

What can I say?. See’s is my happy place and I’m very excited to have one in my immediate neighborhood. This clean white shop with its beautifully displayed and packaged boxes of chocolates and friendly staff is truly good for the soul. My man and I come here once a week for the same thing. Dark chocolate raspberry creams and dark chocolate covered almonds are our personal nirvana. The dark chocolate is better than Godiva, Vosges, Lindt, Leonidas, Guittard, Scharfenberger, you name it. .Lift your crisp, smooth and shiny chocolate from its pleated paper cup and bite into the creamy, delectable center.. Heaven !, I credit my elderly mother with introducing me to See’s which she stocks by the boxful in the vegetable bin in her fridge instead of greens. She’s almost 90, light as a feather and in perfect health. Must be the See’s diet.

Each time I’ve come in, the experience has been excellent. It’s a tiny place, but the chocolate is amazing. It beats Godiva any day.
The employees are always so helpful and friendly, which makes the experience even better.

This store is cute and tiny, nestled in the front of the promenade. The girl at the counter was super friendly, offered us a sample, and got us what we wanted quickly. I’m glad there is a See ‘s outside of a mall!

Had a great experience at the See’s Candy shop in the Westlake Promenade on Saturday, April 24,2015. Parked right outside the shop and I was in and out in no time. The male sales clerk (didn’t catch his name) was very friendly and helpful! So not only was the candy great, the service was too!

Thank goodness for the candy cause the service is awful. I will go to the Oaks Mall if I need to make a purchase. What a shame, I love the product but more than once the guy who works there is so obnoxious and not friendly, and he is the ASM and told my neighbor yesterday (who also had a bad experience with him while he was training another guy) that he has been with the company for 10 years.

Best visit ever. Greeted and samples right through the door. Cool climate and lots of choices! Everyone was so nice and accommodating! The manager was even on the floor greeting and welcoming everyone! Great stop on the way to LA. We will be back
