This place is amazing. It has the best food for you cat and dog the most healthy. The crap at petco and petsmart doesnt even compare. The toys are even better more eco friendly and safe. I trust no other pet store. The staff is great too. Truly a rarr gem

Awesome place, friendly and helpful staff, and they always have what I need. I come here for the healthy dog food you can’t get at the typical bigger stores.

I usually stop by here to pick up cat food on my way out from work. I work next door, so when I walk by every day on my way home for the day, I always see Ashley and Lorde. Even if I’m not shopping for anything, they’ll say hello and chat a bit if they’re not busy. You can’t find customer service like that most places. :)

I love this store! There are very helpful and have a great selection of pet foods. I don’t go anywhere else now. Protien 4 Pets is all my dogs need.

I am so glad I found this store. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. They carry the best quality pet food and supplies which is why I drive 40 minutes to get here. Love this store and the great people who work here.

It’s a well-​stocked place for a variety of pet foods. Unfortunately half the time I need something else for the dogs, so I end up going elsewhere. Also, there are better deals at Centinela Pet Stores. We serve our dogs Stella & Chewy’s exclusively, so why pay more if you don’t have to? Still, if you are new to quality dog food, pay them a visit and get some helpful advice.

I had a lovely conversation with a sharp lady who said she would order me the renal support food, and it would be there the following day — or possibly the next. I went in both days and some stoned looking dude who was chatting socially with a friend on the phone and did not once stand up when I walked around to help, informed me it wasn’t there but he’d look into it. When I went back, he hadn’t followed up but told me they’d call when it arrived. No call. Horrible service.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff providing a vast supply of premium food options for your furry family members. Protein for Pets also offers a variety of RAW food selections with a few unique smaller brands.
Occasionally they will have a «Flash» sale for member which is great savings to stock up.

This place is awesome! They carry all the brands i use. Origen and Instinct! Plus many more. Nice selection of toys and leashes too. Check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Went here today for the first time. Marissa was very helpful in explaining all the different products and their nutritional value for the dogs I have. Marissa was very professional and had excellent knowledge in all the products. I have definitely made a decision to switch pet food stores. Great variety of healthy dog food and great customer service!

Just had my first experience at protein for pets and am so excited to have a new source of food for my two GSD.
Missy was extremely helpful and happy to help me with all my questions. So nice to have a sales person who actually knows what they are talking about! We’ll be back!!!

It’s kinda cool. It carries high-​end pet foods, and pretty much only pet foods. A one-​stop pet shop it is not. I got some Tiki Cat for my feline, and they have a lot of the individual cans, but not in all the flavors, so I stocked up on what I could for my little guy.
The store is pretty small, but I suppose that’s kind of a positive since it’s more a «mom and pop» than a big old warehouse like Petsmart, which carries mostly garbage pet food.
So yeah, come in for good pet food. Selection I think may be slightly better for dog food.

I have been coming to Protein for Pets for over a year now and I have always liked the wide varieties of premium wet food available.
My pets are pretty picky and they will get sick of one brand in a month and so I will need to switch it up from time to time. Protein for Pets has wide varieties of brands avialable, like Origien, Tikki, Wellness and ZiwiPeak.
In addition, they offer 5% off your purchase when you check in at Facebook at very visit.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and they spoil my dogs with yummy treats when we go there. Protein for pets carries lots of high quality pet food, and if they don’t have what you want, they’ll order it for you.
If your pet doesn’t like the food, you can return it.

Protein for Pets is great. They carry my dogs raw food «Small Batch Pets». It’s a great food and in high demand; they are sold out of it sometimes. I now order it in bulk from them, along with specialty ground rabbit tubes. I have 2 big German Shepherds and they eat a lot (10 bags a month). Protein for Pets also has great treats and chews that my dogs love. The staff is very helpful and some even feed their dogs raw as well (a plus in the raw feeding community). I recommend all my dog and cat friends to Protein for Pets. Many times I run into people shopping there whom I have recommend raw food for their dogs. Protein for Pets also supports local animal rescues — which is great!
Check them out — your pets will thank you… I know mine do. :)

I stopped in here on a whim; I’m a bird person and figured they would only have cat and dog food, but figured what the heck. This is a small, clean shop stocked with high-​end brands of dog and cat food, as well as some toys and grooming accessories. The young woman behind the counter greeted me immediately and asked if she could help me. I explained that I just noticed their store and wanted to see what they were all about. She offered to give me a tour and I accepted.
She explained that they focus on top-​quality brand dog and cat foods, organized by protein source. The chicken and poultry are in one section of the store, the fish in another, exotic meats in another. I asked if they had rabbit, as my friend has a dog thta’s alergic to lots of things, and she says rabbit is hard for her to find. The young woman said yes, they have rabbit and took me to the dry food based on rabbit. I asked about raw food and she took me to the freezer, well-​stocked with meat and meat blends including rabbit. Not only could I get a raw food rabbit with pork, but I could also get a tube of pure ground rabbit, including bone and organ meat.
It wasn’t cheap, but exotic meats never are. This gal knew her stuff and explained to me the difference between some of the manufacturers and why she preferred some over others. I felt very confident in her knowledge and would gladly return here next time I run out of my high protein specialty cat food. I’ve already referred my friend with her picky dog to check it out!
