Anyone looking for any video, sound, network, or security help would be smart to call up Scott and Pacific. There are people who just do their job and their are others who have a passion for their work and have mastered it. Scott is a a master at his craft. He will spend as much time as you need to fully explain what he is doing and his recommendations. He certainly knows his business and I would consider him an expert. It was a pleasure dealing with such a fair, honest, and talented person. He is worth every penny spent and my system runs wonderfully. He configured installed and programmed a full RTI system with tv, projections, surround sound, apple tv, firestick, multiple audio zones, and set up my entire network. If you are wondering whether or not to hire someone you have come to the right guy.

We just moved into a new place and we were unsure if our system would work properly after only 2 of 5 speakers were working. We called Scott this morning, made a same day appointment, and by 1:30 our surround sound is already up and running perfectly. Not only did he get everything working but he also talked us through everything to make sure we could enjoy the speakers after he left! He was right on time, gave us an estimate, and came in a little under. We will definitely be recommending Scott to our friends and family.

Scott came by on time. Started the work as soon as I explained what I wanted. His price was very good. He did a great job. He was polite and even fun to have in our house. I had purchased everything I needed prior to Scott coming over.
Scott explained to me that he could have saved me some money if I would have called him prior to purchasing the TV, receiver, and wall support.
I shopped on-​line and found a wall support that met my needs. Scott explained that if I would of called him first he could of brought on over that did the same thing for $ 150.00 less.
He was very knowledge, and explained that the receiver that I bought could have problems and that I should return it and he would help me buy a better one. I said no just install it. I wanted the work done that day.
To make a long story short he was right! I have already spent 6 hours with help line only to find out the unit in not fixable and I should return it.
HERE IS THE IMPORTANT NOTE:
Scott was willing to waste his time loose his day’s work to help me. He is an honest and concerned person who put his client first.

Had a great experience with Scott at PVS. We had a couple of wall mounts and new TVs hooked up and some other audio/​visual components and we were very happy with the work. I would very much recommend PVS and will be using them again soon.

Scott MGrath initially corrected a wi-​fi problem for me. Since then he’s moved on to handling additional electronics issues. He’s quite accomplished and very well versed.
Scott is very professional — shows up on time, communicates well and is very patient with your questions. He’s creative and offers different options to solve your problem and checks in as he goes to be sure you are happy with the way things are proceeding. He knows what he’s doing and his work is meticulous. Looking forward to having him solve additional electronic and security issues in my home.

Scott was great! He was armed with all the equipment necessary to install our t.v.s and stereo system. He is flexible and even came back the next day to help us hang our huge mirror. Support this local business, you will be happy with his work!
