I went in late with a friend after work and they gave me the best experience and nails ive ever had! Summer did my nails 10x better then i imagined! She was gentle and went above and beyond to get the job done! Hands down best nails spa in thousand oaks

Fun place to take the kids to get their nails done. They had a fun time! It was very kid friendly and adorable butterfly chairs.

I was really disappointed with this place. My 3.5 year old daughter and I met my girlfriend and her 4.5 year old daughter there and we were all going to get pedicures. I agree with the other comments about it being a little disorganized when you walk in– there no real front desk clerk to tell you where to go or what to do.
They got started on the little girls immediately and I kid you not, not 10 minutes later, they were done with their pedicures. Unfortunately, I was sitting across the way and wasn’t able to see how they were painting my daughters toes until it was too late. Despite the fact that I handed them a pink nail polish to use, at the direction of my 3 year old daughter, they painted her nails alternating pink and purple– which looks absurd. Also the polish was gooped on there so thick that the nails never got a chance to dry and smudged even 4 hours after leaving there. Her nails look no better than if I would’ve done them. Actually, that’s not true– I would’ve done a much better job because I would have taken some pride in my work. Sitting in a butterfly chair isn’t worth a shitty mani/​pedi.
Now onto my pedicure — they used a DREMEL and removed so much skin from my feet that I can barely walk. In fact, I had what was the beginning of a crack in my heel that they dremelled down so badly that it is now a full-​blown crack that goes the whole length of my heel and hurts so bad. I told them they could trim my toe nails but they cut them so short that the tops of my toes sting. And to top it all off– my toe just started THROBBING and I’m fearing they gave me some sort of fungus or infection. I will definitely not be coming back to this place.

The place is gorgeous but my roommate was right about the people being very rude I was just looking for convienence and it was a 5 minute walk from my house. If ur interested in ambiance this is the place. I happen to have got the massage chair that was barely working meaning the pressure of the massage was weak. They aren’t the nicest people

I enjoyed my experience here. I walked in and asked how much for a full set acrylic with gel polish. She tells me $ 40 awesome! Definitely comparable to others price for the same service. I’m seated right away and the lady does an awesome job with my nails. I’m happy. I checkout and give her the $ 40 for my nails (plus a tip of course) I’ve been to places where they find every excuse to charge you more and I’m glad I didn’t get that here. Will definitely be back!

Great salon. I’ve had David do my fills and he’s really good at listening to what I want and doing it right.
I just got the intensive callus pedicure. Don’t get me wrong, it was good! But it felt like the extra $ 10 for the treatment wasn’t necessary. Next time I’ll just do regular!
Reliable place.

Tiffany did my acrylic nails and she did an amazing job!!! I had a couple of ultra short nails and she built nails b4 applying a tip making them look long and strong. A man did my toes and they turned out great.

Love getting my nails done here. It is very clean and a great relaxing atmosphere. Summer and Sara are awesome

It’s so hard to find a good place to get your nails done. I am so glad I found this nail salon. They always take their time and are so patient. I love not being rushed. Even when people come in they still make sure you get the best treatment ! Recommend this place. Only down fall is that Tony is no longer here :/

I am adding to this review because they seem to have changed ownership and I dont really like the people that are working here now. They rushed me the two last times that I have been in there. I scheduled an appointment and had to wait over an hour to get my nails done, once nails where done, one of my acrylics broke within 3 days of getting them done. Horrible. Haven’t gone back since then and I wont. Took my business else where.

Spacious, clean, lots of selection and affordable. I was shocked when my really nice mani/​pedi was only $ 35.

2.5 stars really. They have the best selection of colors. So many choices!
But I don’t find the staff to be very friendly and they tend to be so aggressive in cutting cuticles that my toes actually hurt for a day afterward. They tend to be either busy or low on staff so walking-​in can be hit or miss.

REVISED: While my review about Elvis stands, i must recant my previous review.. because this place gave me foot fungus. Ew.
I get tired of the cheap nail salons and was pleasantly surprised by my awesome pedi mani here. Elvis gave my an awesome pedi. I’ll be back.

The name is hard to pronounce and easy to miss on the street but is a treasure!
My friend and I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday. There were really cute chairs for children decorated in pink and that were smaller. I got a pedicure with a chevron pattern and pink and white acrylics. It was very pricey at the end; I think it was over $ 60 but it’s been three weeks now and my nails are still looking almost perfect still!
They played really great trendy music and the place is decorated very girly.

I love this place. Brand spankin new! They are offering discounts for their grand opening. Just the pampering I needed. The staff is very nice and offer you Ice cold water and hot tea.
They did a French tip on toes and nails and it was beautiful.
I highly recommend this place if u want an all star treatment!!!
