when anyone comes into this store they are greated by a clerk that says you have to have a cosmo licence to shop here. they assume that everyone does not have a licence. they are nasty and snooty. well believe it or not people do have a licence when they go there. why don’t they wait until someone tries to buy something and then get nasty. we just go to cosmo prof. and yes we do show them the prof when we buy something. wow !

Went in to purchase over $ 100 in product for my boss(which I’ve done before) and they refused to take her credit card from me, which is fine. They told me my boss needed to fill out paper work so I could purchase for her. My boss went in to purchase the stuff and fill out paper work when the SALONCENTRICEMPLOYEE told her the paperwork had been expired and SAIDTOMYBOSSTHAT I LIED. My boss went in a week after I did and this employee says it’s been expired since August, that they don’t have that paperwork. She somehow managed to show my boss someone else’s paperwork which had THEPERSON’S Social Security # CREDITCARDNUMBERANDADDRESSONIT. Not only is this unsafe for those of you with paperwork at SalonCentric but SHELIEDABOUTTHEPAPERWORKANDTOLDMYBOSSTHAT I LIEDABOUTIT. I could have lost my job because some employee was caught in a lie. That is terrible customer service and I WILLNOT be shopping at this store again. Be careful if you have your salon information at SalonCentric(Maly’s), they apparently show them to people as a example of the paper work.

Maly’s has a new name = Salon Centric. Went there the first day they had a new computer system about 3 weeks ago(middle of August 2013) they were working out the kinks. Bummer they don’t carry Goldwell:((hence the 3 stars) Still good though — they carry other brands.
