I love this BANK, great customer service and always kind. It’s safer than a national bank so I moved my savings to this credit union. I feel much safer than big commercial banks. LOVE LOVE THEM. and oh I get dividends, so a bonus check each year :)

My mom banks with Logix and had suggested I try them out. I went to the Thousand Oaks Branch which was closest to me to open a checking account and inquire on Car Loans.
I was greeted right as I walked in the door, and Irma was the person who I met to discuss opening my account. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained every option I had and the incentives that came with the cards. She ordered my Free Book of checks and I left their feeling very Happy with my decision. My mom even received a $ 25 referral credit. I recommend to anyone looking for a great credit union with all of the perks and no hidden agendas to head to any logix.

Have to update… I received a wonderful thank you from one of the representatives at Logix, if that’s not great customer service, I don’t know what is!
I decided to open a savings and checking account with Logix Federal Credit Union after my landlord briefly mentioned how much she loved the excellent customer service and the wonderful cash back rewards you can earn by having an ongoing balance in your savings and checking accounts.
This piqued my interest, I mean who doesn’t like to earn money without working 40+ hours a week to get it?
So I went on to read more about the company, and the more I read the more I was sold on opening a second checking & Savings account.
I like that this bank actually cares what the consumer thinks and actually has a forum in which consumers can leave feedback and you actually get a response and see results.
One of the biggest draws for me is that I’m a bit of Type A personality when it comes to particular things in my life, my finances being one of them and I try to keep my checking account current and while yes, I know it’s all about checks and balances and registering your purchases and waiting for our checks to be cashed, I really enjoyed the part of bill-​pay that would deduct amounts over $ 100 sent out to companies and/​or personal parties, it kept my account looking clean and that’s the way I like it.
The bank I am currently with used to have this function and then took it away when they updated their bill pay system, they also took away some of the electronic payments for utilities and this just doesn’t work for this anal Annie.
The Logix website is easy to navigate and there is so much you can do when handling your money, I love that there is a money mover account that lets you transfer money between your Logix account and any other financial institution you may be with.
All in all I’m very pleased with my choice.
They have a wide array of ATM spots that are surcharge free, you can go into a Walgreens and use the ATM machine in there without being charged and since they do not have a Logix branch here in Ventura, this is a great benefit, plus the fact that you can make deposits at any of the local credit unions, VTA county Credit union, CBC, and so on.
I only wish I’d seen the coupon to earn $ 150, darn… as I chose to open my account via the web due to the drive to TO would not be possible due to my work schedule. Shucks!

I’ve only been a member of Logix for a few months but they are honestly the best bank on the planet, in my opinion. Every interaction is a pleasure! Everyone is always so nice, professional and gives the best service every time!!! I recently came into the branch to see if I could get a car loan and I met with Saeed Moaddab and he was fantastic! So thoughtful, courteous, professional and just a lovely human being. I was in and out in 5 minutes with a pre-​approval for a car loan, the process honestly could not have been easier. I left on cloud 9 and was so happy I made the change from Chase to Logix bank… it is one of the best decisions of my life… seriously. I had a few questions for Saeed along the way to finding my car and negotiating with the dealerships… he was there for me every step of the way with any questions I had… he called me back immediately and was just so great to have him offer advise and tell me what to look out for at the dealership. They also have a person that you can call to negotiate a deal for you on a car that you want. Great bank, great service, great people to help you navigate through the financial world! I love Logix! Last week my 13 yr old opened a teen account and it was so easy and informative. There is no waiting for your debit card. They print it right there! I went back today and opened my own accounts and it was so easy! The staff is so friendly and informative. They offer you coffee or water as soon as you arrive. I would especially like to thank Araceli for helping my daughter and Saeed for helping me today. You guys are awesome! I definitely will be referring friends and family to make the switch!

Stopped by today to open a new checking account and this branch certainly lives up to its 5 star reviews. Right away I was greeted by someone at the front desk who introduced me to Saeed — he got me up and going in under 30 minutes with a debit card, online account, complimentary checkbook, and an intro to BillPay. Everything was explained in perfect detail and set up without a hitch. Saeed was awesome and I left 100% confident that I made the right choice setting up an account with Logix. The 3-​step $ 150 offer for new accounts is a nice bonus too. I don’t have to visit banks or credit unions often, but I’d have to say this is the smoothest experience I’ve had to date. It was so good I wanted to write a review!

Saeed Moaddab just did my auto loan for me and it was a fantastic experience!!! It was quick and easy and I got a fantastic rate! Each time I walk into this branch I am greeted warmly and by name!
Logix gave us a loan for a mostly unknown car at the time, when other credit unions looked at us strangely and said «What’s a Tesla?».
At Logix I am treated as if I were a long time client even though I’ve banked there for less than 2 years. Saeed is my go to person; he is personable, knowledgable and takes all the time needed to ensure I understand my options.

I have been a member of Logix for almost 30 years and have always loved them! I feel bad that I have not taken the time to write a review before now.
They have provided financing for cars, credit cards and a HELOC. But my most recent experience that literally MADE me do a review was for a TRUE NO COST home refinance and it was at an incredibly low rate! Talk about too good to be true!
And it was done timely and professionally with updates from Araceli in the Thousand Oaks office all along the way.
It was a great experience and I now have a MUCH lower monthly mortgage payment (in addition lower car payment I got last year, thanks to the refinance they did for me on that).

I’ve been a member at Logix for a couple years and I always feel welcome when I walk into their locations in Thousand Oaks and Westlake. However, the ATM’s struggle to take my checks on the weekends. In addition, the weekly operation hours are skewed and outdated. I have taken a trip to my bank several times in the morning but having to turn around because of a locked door (10am Saturday). Other than that, I love checking my savings grow on their online site

I recently refinanced my car loan with logix, I filled out the application online. The whole process was super easy, I never had to set foot in the bank, the whole process was done via phone and email. Didn’t have to miss any of my daily activities. Love it!

I’ve been banking at Bank of The West and have been told for years by a close friend to give Logix a try. Besides getting over the weird name and the drive to Thousand Oaks I am now understand his insistence. The representative who helped me was Araceli. She took the time to go over my questions in a very professional manner. I could tell she knew her stuff.
I went in for personal accounts and liked the web-​sites features. This is definitely not your usual B of A or Wells Fargo «Institution» were you feel you are part of the herd and have never wanted that in a bank.
At Logix is was personal and un-​hurried. I’m looking forward to a long relationship and adding to the list of services they provide.

I can tell these guys & gals are smart and I enjoy working with smart individuals. I quickly saw that they are doing things correctly here. I am very glad I am moving my financial matters with Logix. Customer service was magnificent. I experienced a very friendly and down to earth bunch, they also were able to assist me in a professional and pragmatic manner. For example I really liked how Saeed responded to my messages promptly. It was such a smooth and quick process in applying for loans with him.
Every time I walked into the Logix Building, I got that feel good feeling from them. There is always someone at the front who welcomes you. I can tell they are great people and that they have a good sense of humor too. Two thumbs up to the hiring manager/(s). Keep on hiring the one’s who are well mannered and educated and who aren’t a stick in the mud. It really makes a world of a difference!
I initially was helped in getting a secured loan and was approved at a great rate. This came after disappointments from larger banks who just didn’t offer these types of loans, or simply wasted my time with phone calls and back and forths… it was obvious that the bankers at these other major banks didn’t know what they were doing. One major bank even ran my credit twice and then told me in the end I was «declined»! It is a lot of me to take some hours off work and then not really be told things from the get-​go. If you want someone to waste your time and theirs then go to another bank, because Logix didn’t do that to me.
With Logix I was approved within a couple minutes and the process was expedited by Saeed’s immediate action (I don’t know about you but I like that in service). Because of my positive experience, a few day’s later I decided to re-​finance my auto loan with Logix. They told me over the phone what I needed to bring, and how much money I should bring for DMV fees and etc.
I believe I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. They have a great radio stream playing in the background with great music and the complimentary coffee was making my morning great so it didn’t feel like 30 minutes. I ended up getting a great rate and a lower monthly payment for my Toyota Tacoma and some add-on’s that I didn’t have before!
I really want to say that not once did I feel a resistance of what I should and shouldn’t do with my refinanced choices. The choices were left up to me.
The process was even more swift than that of my first experience. In the end Logix helped me out one last time with consolidating my credit cards.
I like to say Logix provided outstanding services and together we were «3 for 3» on clinching great deals. Stellar services.
