This is a great place to get anything guitar related. Tons of great custom guitars that you can use if you ask to use it and they are at reasonable prices. Some of the guitars are of awesome design and I would recommend this place.

Did not like the way I was treated. Could have gone to GC and got treated better. Or at Instrumental Music. At least they say Hi.

Where to begin… Let me start by saying this review is not on the store itself, but online ordering. Their online ordering is associated with Amazon. I placed an order for Christmas and had guaranteed 2day shipping with Amazon. This was not the issue. Here is the problem My order was supposedly sent from dps to a distribution center via ups. When I contacted ups they told me the order never left the originators building. I called Amazon and was told dps was going to take care of it and I would have my order in 2 days. Well guess what it has been over a a week and still. no order. Amazon was great and refunded my money, but the MAJOR problem is that my son will not have this gift to open on Christmas Day and this was the only big thing he was wanting all year!!! I am very upset, as he will also be tomorrow. This was my first order for something from dps and WILL BE MY LAST!

Stumbled upon Go Dps while searching for local guitar lessons for my kids. I can’t say enough good things about the place. Aesthetically pleasing, friendly expert staff and great prices! Very pleased to say the least!

Recently had two guitars set up with the service department. They got both guitars totally dialed in for me, very quickly, and for the best prices in town. I must say, I was impressed when i first walked in… this place never seems to end. Room after room of gear, and the coolest part is they carry brands that GC and local guitar shops DON’T. Definitely worth a trip down to check it out

Honestly one of the best experiences I have had in a music store. the staff is so helpful and attentive but give the buyer enough space to decide for themselves. at least that is the case for me. walked in to get a good deal on a drum pedal and the sales associate Bryan was extremely helpful assisting me in deciding between two pedals. he broke it down to the basic fundamental differences between both products and then gave me room to try each of them without shoving the products down my throat. wonderful experience for sure! my favorite guitar/​drum store for sure!!!

My son just started playing drums and we needed his first set. We visited GoDps since they were close to my office. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Brian showed us the perfect intro set for him!

Mmmmmmm where to start??? I like the lay out of the store, equip well presented drums guitars amps, thats what you really want to see on this kinda stores. Anyway i would given 5 stars but didnt happen the 3 missing starts are from some missing «costumer service» to not making a purchase. since all the people acknowledged me walking in the store and no one did greet me, i dunno whats the deal with the mexicans or latinos around this neighborhood but im mexican and as such we like to paid in cash most our big transactions well i least me, i walked in hoping that they have orange amps for bass, none!!! there was a lot of oranges for only guitar, bit i didnt see any for bass unless ive missed them. Im about to drop 1500 to 2500 in cash for an orange head but seems like there was no interest at all on this folks to even greet me. I get close to the counter and some gal that was fixing a guitar look at me turn around and keep fixing the guitar. I like to spend good $$$ on my equip, i own 3 real ESP guitars/​bass and i was able to find the orange amp that i wanted all the way to sherman oaks. but i guess some folks dont want the money.
I will call the store for futures purchases and maybe once i walk in again the service will be different AND i give this a folks a second chance.

I discovered this store after seeing an advertisement for and attending an awesome Vinny Appice special event. Wow, what a cool music store, right in my home town! I’ve since been back 5 or 6 times to buy various drum stuff. Every time without fault, employees were the coolest, super friendly and helpful.
My take is that the place is very beginner/​intermediate friendly, which it should be for the location. This aint’ Hollywood. Great selection of instruments in the low to medium price ranges.
Prices are quite fair also, and their specials are awesome. A Holiday 20% off in store sale and 50% Evans drum heads were recent sales.

Best music store I’ve been to hands down. Been going to guitar center and instrumental music for years and these guys blow them out of the water. Got a setup done here and they got my SG playing better than ever. Great service. Every time I’ve come in i’ve been helped promptly.

GO DPS Music is an awesome place. Very laid back and knowledgeable staff. No pressure and great prices. Love their showroom with lots of rooms to try out instruments.

Great place to play instore and to try out new products. Good selection of everything from acoustic to electrics to drum kits. Brendon even told me that all the guitars come with free accessories which is pretty sweet.
