I was really unimpressed with the service. I went in with my grandparents and mom around 5:30 on a Saturday night. Maybe the lack of other patrons should have been a warning, but being sat right away was really nice. Before the server helped us, I heard him telling the host that he was saving our table for his friends. When he came to get our drink orders, he had no beer suggestions for us. My mom said that she likes light beers and he said they only have 3. I wanted a red and he said there was only one. The beer menu is on the wall and my grandpa wasn’t facing it, but the server just stood there looking condescendingly at us all while we tried to read it. We put our drinks in, and they came out quickly. For food, we ordered 3 burgers and a bowl of soup. The food was really good, but the server was extremely off putting. I saw him looking at his phone a lot and talking to tables and other servers that were clearly his friends. Eventually he told us he was«leaving for the night» and had a girl take over for him. But he didn’t leave, he served other tables until we left. He didn’t have a name tag, but his knowledge and helpfulness with the menu was extremely disappointing. We won’t be back again, despite the food being tasty. In general I know servers are busy and have a lot going on, but he was rude and clearly thought we were not worth his time. Good servers really make a difference in a dining experience. This time, it made a 4 star burger into a 2 star review.

What was just delivered, the ahi sandwich and kids Mac and cheese, is probably the worst food I’ve ever had delivered from anywhere. I asked for no mayonnaise on the sandwich and they drowned the thing in it. Like, an absurd amount. It has to have been on purpose. The ahi was old. Old enough that it smelled rank. Everything was soggy from the mayo. The sweet potato fries were mush, tiny, and seemed like reheated frozen store bought ones. Really gross but actually the best part of the meal. The kids Mac and cheese was a watered down version of the boxed Mac and cheese you find at discount grocery stores. Think several steps below kraft. No flavor, no anything. Just really bad food. Seriously worst delivery experience in a very, very long time. Threw it all away.

I love this place. I’m giving it 5 stars because I live in Thousand Oaks and I haven’t been here before. Great beers and the fried calamari is excellent

Well this has been the first time back to the Thousand Oaks area in a long time for me! I was here for a professional conference at Cal Lutheran and my former supervisor suggested this place for dinner as he would go here during his college days at Cal Lu It was a busy saturday night and that was a good sign! There are also TVs everywhere for any sports games going on at the moment My supervisor suggested the Draught stix for everyone, and I figured I have no clue when/if I will be back in this area, so I will get the draught stix and a regular pizza that looked interesting! I ordered the Boss Hawg personal pizza which came with pulled pork, onion rings, mozzarella cheese, and bbq sauce. overall it wasnt as great as I expected but it was still really good and something pretty simple though I have not seen other pizza joints do this! The dough was delicious, flavor of the pork was very well done, very tender and juicy too, plenty of ooey gooey mozzarella cheese, the onion rings were okay and there was almost no taste of the bbq sauce. so overall, I think there should be a lot more pork, there wasnt enough for nice bites, and more of the bbq sauce to get a stronger or actual flavor of it now for the Draught stix, I ordered mine with goat cheese and sundried tomato… before the good, the only«bad» thing per say was that each topping is $ 1.30.i think it would be better to maybe increase the price a $ 1 or so and include 2 toppings then each additional to charge $ 1.30 seems a bit much for each topping on an appetizer size dish ANYWAY these were absolutely delicious! the dough was baked perfectly, nice strong garlic flavor, the goat cheese and sundried tomato toppings were a nice combo and baked well! I also ordered a Blonde beer, but was given 805? I am not sure if these are the same or different beers but it was still a good beer Our waiter, though I forgot his name, was super nice, fast, friendly, and provided great service If I ever make it back to this area I would definitely love to stop by again

I want to say something nice because my fiancé loves this place and their pizza but I just don’t see it. The atmosphere is pretty nice for a bar, the service is decent and it’s clean. That’s about it. The last time I ordered pizza it was sure greasy and just didn’t taste good. I think maybe they tried doing something different with the sauce and I just didn’t like it. The next time I got a quesadilla, I’m not that picky and it was practically inedible. There were really sub par pieces of chicken and hardly any cheese. I know it’s not a quesadilla place, but if you don’t know how to make it you probably shouldn’t put it on the menu. If you’re looking for a place to have a few good beers and share a pizza, sure, check it out. If that’s not your thing I wouldn’t recommend it.

Where great food meets great drinks and sports! If I’m spending my Sunday watching football I make my husband come here simply because the wings are the best I’ve ever had!!! Get them with no sauce(crispier) and get a side of the sweet spicy Thai sauce and ranch you will not be disappointed! The drink selection is great I always get Chardonnay but my husband loves their brews! I can not think of an all around better place to eat drink and watch football! The service is top notch all of the servers are super friendly and quick to bring out your items. Draughts thanks for your awesomeness I will continue coming every Sunday!

I love my Stuft Sticks! Err… Draught Sticks… Draught’s. It’s been years but I still always manage to f*** that up to everyones pleasure or annoyance. Anyways, what can I say, this place is an oasis with Best Buy, Ross and Mami’s. They should demo the whole shopping center other this and Total Wine and install zip lines, ball bits and trampolines with basketball hoops in between. That’d be badass. Once inside, I wouldn’t over complicate things. The pizza is good. If youd like an individual treat of pizza/breadsticks/euphoria and enjoy dippin, Draught’s Sticks!!!(Nailed it!) They are the pizza/breadstick so many chains have tried to make and left you feeling dissapointed or pissed. The happy hour is absolutely killer. Pints are VERY reasonably priced and their beers are on point. The house Brown is a nice, crisp deviation from my preferred Newcastle. Ninkasi Tricerahops on draft? Yeeeeees. Overall, very impressed on the last few visits. Keep it up!

Been to Draughts many times over the years, today seemed liked they bump things up. Service was improved and professional. The good was better too. I had the Cajun ahi salad, came with two dressings, ginger and wasabi, use both, delicious! My husband got the club sandwich. The bread was cut in evenly and the bottom portion didn’t provide enough coverage if any. Both were big portions. Lots of TVs but a few could be bigger, especially the ones highest on the walls. I’m definitely going back

In town from Seattle with my wife to visit our kid and needed a sports-themed restaurant to relax, have dinner, and watch our team play on a Friday night. I read reviews of Draught’s and almost chose not to go there because of seemingly so-so food and questionable service. That would have been the worst decision possible! We LOVED our meal and Mike(our server) gave us fantastic service. My wife got the Mahi Mahi tacos, I ordered the steak salad, and we split an order of blackened chicken nachos. The food delivery was fast and the presentation was beautiful. Whenever my Diet Coke was getting low Mike had a new one on the table before I could ask. We never«wanted» for anything, and mind you, it wasn’t like business was slow; the place was about ¾ full, but it appeared all of the wait staff was on their game. Before leaving we made sure to request to meet the manager Raj and compliment him on our excellent experience. Raj is a nice, nice man and genuinely cares about the experience of his customers. We will never hesitate to return to Draught’s!

I’m beyond furious with Draughts specifically a server named Carla. she messed up my order and gave it to her families party who was sitting near my table for free. Either take it back/let me keep it. instead she did the shadiest thing possibly. having said that. Draughts has the best happy hour deals i’ve ever seen in my life 3 – 6 everyday. their craft beer selection is by far some of the best selection out there. their food menu has lots of things to choose from. prices are even better during happy hour. TV everywhere super dope to watch games. I can’t say enough great things about this place great memories with old co workers when I used to work next door years ago but this girl left a sour taste in my moouth. hope the owners write that girl up or something. she did not deserve a TIP at all.

The food here was just ok. I don’t know what was going on with the service but I had to wait constantly or flag people down any time I wanted something including to order food and drink. And the place was only at about 25−30% capacity. That is the kind of stuff that irks me. Training needed here. I finally got a manager and it improved slightly but not much. Employees were walking past me constantly, making eye contact(if I am a customer and I am making eye contact and holding it — that is a sure sign I want something) but they would generally proceed past me to the front and chat with other employees or to the kitchen to stand a wait. So I sat at an empty table for awhile. Then I flagged someone down and asked if could order drinks and water. Later I flagged someone down and asked if they have a menu. Can I order food? Another thing that irks me — they have a beer flight. Great, I often order beer flights so that I can try several new beers without getting hammered. But here you cannot pick what comes in the flight. What? You have 20+ beers but I can only try the pre-approved 5? WTF is up with that? So I tried 2 new beers and had 3 I have had before and only one of those I liked. I need someone to explain the thinking that leads to the decision to offer a «flight» but no choice. So if I was a regular(which would never happen) I would get the flight once and then that’s it, already tried the 5 allowable beers :-(

I’ve eaten here a couple times, most recently today at lunch. I ordered a design-your-own pasta sort of thing and was pleased with the result. The first time the staff brought my pasta to the table it was missing the grilled shrimp I’d asked for, but they corrected the order fairly quickly. The shrimp were by far the best part of my meal — big, buttery, juicy and flavorful. The pasta was good and my fountain drink was strong(that’s getting harder to find these days and I rarely expect it from places that serve soda out of a bar-dispenser). The staff was all friendly and professional and the place was clean, with a positive atmosphere. Several TVs. Tasty lunch. I’d come here again!

I just came in for a quick lunch and a beer to put off cleaning the house a little longer(lol). I ordered the«turkey» wrap, it had a lot of turkey in it and was very good. I only wished there was more avocado in it so next time I’ll just ask for the up charge to add more… No biggie. The service was good and I got to watch the Dodger game while drinking a Stone Enjoy By on tap. I just always forget this place is here, but thank you for being here and your for beer selection. It’s nice to find fair priced places with a craft beer selection.

Courtney made this from a four star to a five star! She hands down did the best waitressing job around here. I mean it, around Thousand Oaks. I am an avid Unilocaler and she made this experience the best I’ve had in a long time. The food is still amazing and I HIGHLY recommend coming here! The boss Hawgs is the best pizza you will ever have!

We finally decided to stop in here one night after a school function. Although we have driven by probably hundreds of times, this was the first time we have stopped in. What I like best about here is the seating and environment. It’s nice to go in and sit in a large booth comfortably with 6 people, and be able to have our kids laugh and giggle without being silenced. They have a rather impressive line up of craft beers as well on draft. Perfect to go with their many tvs showcasing whatever sports are on. The food is pretty good as well. Plenty of pizza options to choose from, and everything we have ordered has been good. Service can be spotty at times, but we found by mentioning it, it’s gotten better. We have been back several times since and will continue to go back.

God awful ! I got the fish tacos — it was a total rip off. Cost 10 $ for 2 terrible tacos. There is no real designated server so whoever takes your order has a terrible attitude(assuming tips are spread evenly throughout the worker bees). The kid who served us/took our order was a chump and acted like he was the best server but hated his job all at the same time — bro, you’re a waiter at a restaurant … Relax. I have lived in Thousand Oaks for over 10 years and was never really drawn to this establishment — this was my first and last visit. No tip was left.

The epitome of sports entertainment is likely football. Sunday football. Went here for just that — it’s a-okay. With the exception that the TV’s are high up on the wall(head tilted = hurt after awhile), and they only have sound for one game. Of course, not mine — I’m a lonely Rams fan. Agenda(besides Rams football): — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - Iced Tea($ 2.95), coffee($ 2.25), Breakfast Burrito($ 8.50), and Allagash White draft beer($ 9.95) made it an expensive afternoon. A 4.0 star rating is just about right. Best thing: — — — — — * great crafts/drafts * limited amount of douchebags /jerks /loudmouths * not divey Note to management: — — — — — — — — — — - I know hiring practices make it tough, but a older and burly black man is not as pleasing as a cute girl server. C’mon and get real — Sports/Football/Cute Girls go hand-in-hand.

My buddies and I were looking for a after golf place to enjoy some brews and food while watching some TV. It took a little over 2 years since my last visit to Draughts. My last experience wasn’t bad but it wasn’t memorable by any means either. After re-reading my previous review I decided it was time to give Draughts another chance. Tempted to give the wings another chance but decided to roll with the BBQ chicken pizza. Not only was I pleasantly surprised I was astonished by the overall taste and quality of the pie. The pizza had the perfect blend of chicken, BBQ sauce, and cheese on a crisp and chewy crust. Honestly that may have been one of the better BBQ chicken pizzas I’ve had in quite some time. One thing that I find a bit misleading about Draughts is that the menu really is more Italian themed than anything else. Yes they have your normal sports bar menu with burgers, sandwiches, and fries but their pasta is really a hidden gem. 2 people in my group were in shock with how good the pasta dishes were. I had a bite of the tortellini in blush sauce as well as a bite of the sausage and peppers pasta. Both dishes could be offered at one of the high end Italian places in Westlake and people would be salivating over them. If it weren’t for the spotty service(decent but not good), Draughts would have gotten a 5 star review from me. Still, Draughts redeemed itself in my Unilocal book and is now in my good graces. Just writing this review makes me want to go there tonight to watch the Kings game(GKG!) on one of their numerous flat screens.
