Megan, a tall, willowy blonde with a warm and friendly demeanor, helped me with an exchange of a bracelet I received as a gift. She didn’t hover, simply made suggestions and stayed attentive throughout my visit. What a pleasant experience! I have shopped in many different Brighton stores and this is the service I have come to expect from Brightons. I’ll be back!

Of all the Brighton stores out there… This is my favorite location. I don’t even live in the area anymore, but I save all my Brighton buying for this store. Jeannette is always friendly and hospitable. She always seems to remember me! There is no pressure at all to buy and she gladly shows you any theme you ask for. I just LOVE to shop here!
