It’s been almost 3 years now since I worked with Bernie for weight loss. I worked with her for about 6 months in late 2010/​early 2011 and she gave me what I believe is going to be a life-​time of ability to keep my weight in a healthy place. It has proven to be true for 3 years now. I had done Weight Watchers and just lost/​gained/​lost/​gained. Her one-​on-​one counseling and cheering built confidence that I can change my lifestyle for the better. And, I did. Bnutri (aka Scaling Down) has been life changing for me. I highly recommend Bernadette Lueck.

Huge fan! Did her program and really learned a lot by sitting down with Bernadette. I train for and compete in triathlons and it was nice because she gets that I’m going to occasionally pig out on ice cream, but taught me that it’s okay, so long as I learn to make healthy choices at most other times.
